      My stored off road vehicle was tampered with in an attempt to steal it several months ago. I reported to management who informed me my vehicle is in a security camera dead zone. They said they will improve the camera coverage and informed me of other vehicle thefts from the facility. 3 months later my vehicle and trailer were stolen along with other vehicles from the facility. Once again, I was told they didn’t capture anything on camera. The on site manager assured me that the facility would reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses IE my insurance deductible. They have done no such thing even after contacting corporate. There is clear negligence in providing even basic security for our valuables.

      okay today is June 6th 2023 and I came to access my smaller storage that I've had here for over a year and for some reason I can't access it it is like access denied they won't answer the phone they have taken every measure to go over here my storage unit for over a year and they will not let me have access to it I have another storage unit here that I got like a month or two ago that one I'm using is the larger one is because I'm waiting for my garage to be available to put on my household items and however I still have the smaller one that I've had for over a year that's paid current in full never late well I can't access the storage that's paid in full and they won't answer the phone so to me that's an illegal lockout on something that is a paid service or paid contract and then not allowing me to have access to it because they're lazy and shiftless, incredulous lowlifes and it's really sad that lowlifes like them are Patty and the rest of the trashy team play games. However I will sue them if I don't have access to my storage within the next day or so...This is an illegal lockout of my good standing account.

      GOLDEN STATE STORAGE BLUE DIAMOND **** ***** ******, LAS VEGAS, NV 81191 WE RENTED A 10 X 30 STORAGE UNIT AUG 2021. EVERYTHING WE HAD WENT IN THE STORAGE APPROX 45,000LBS. IN NOVEMBER OUR BALANCE WAS PAID IN FULL $0.00,WE NOTICED THE BILLING SEEMED TO BE OFF. WE QUESTIONED THE MANAGEMENT . WITHIN 30 DAYS DECEMBER 20 2021. WE WERE BEHIND ON THE RENT BY $650.00. WE HAD SENT THEM A MONEY ORDER FOR $620 cashiers check for $625 and two checks from out banks bill pay of $600 and $300. They returned both the bill pay checks to us. Did not attempt to deposit or cash them. Both the money order and the cashiers check were missing. We sent them by registered mail. They signed for them on the 8th and the 11th of December. They stated the cashiers check was no good and that we had missed a payment in September and October 2021. Keep in mind November's rent $225.00 was paid in full. The money order was exhausted by the late fee, NSF fee, pre lien fee, lien fee protection plan fee rent for two months. Now they are charging us for December and January rent, late fee, pre lien fee, lein fee, lock cutting fee advertising fee, protection plan fee. Of course now we owe $1350.00. The cashier's check was found and posted to our account on 6 January 2022. They took the money from their personal account and applied it as credit. $625.00 went to the missed rent of September and October 2021 along with late fee, nsf fee lein fee, the exact same invoice we paid on 11 December with the money order of $620 They just changed the date on the payment receipt. Now they went into our storage and did not conduct an inventory. 24 February 2022 they auctioned off all our belongings for failure to pay rent. We paid our rent until April 2022. For we live out of state, overseeing our home being built. They stole $1245.00 in cash and falsely produced $1500.00 in fees we do not owe. They took everything we had and got rid of it. We have the documents.

      I have a storage unit at Golden State Storage located at *** * ****** Henderson NV. Ive been unable to pay the rent due to hardship. I regularly communicate with D***, the manager via email because that is more convenient for me due to my crazy schedule.  There were some concerns about mail being returned from my mailing address. D*** said he needed a new address & that my unit was going to auction, but he could possibly "move faster" etc. I gave D*** another permanent address and asked him to please tell me the auction dates and explain what he meant by "he can move fast if he wants." He responded saying again that he needs a permanent address, which I sent him. But after that, he never volunteered to answer my questions for me. Then randomly, he calls me on 12/7/2021 & leaves this disturbing voicemail, during which he stated, "Even if you pay off the balance, I'm going to Triple your rent and force you out just because I'm sick of dealing with such an irresponsible customer. " I am the person in jeopardy of losing my belongings, not D***. So why is he taking offense to MY hardship? What kind of human being sees someone down and stomps on them at one of their low points. He threatens me? Really? No, that is unacceptable.
