      I purchased a grinder from this company on 9/23/23. I paid $174.99 for it in full. It is now 1/30/24 and I still have not received my product. I have reached out to this company with the customer service link provided on their website. I have received no responses telling me when I can expect to receive my product.

      I purchased my royal purple qubus grinder order #41908 on march,9,2023 for a total of $104.99 and I have yet to receive it I have contacted customer support several times about the product or a possible refund with no resolution and I am now being ignored they put my order in as completed which it has not been.

      On April 21, 2023 I placed an order for an " Obsidian QUBUS" which totaled $118.23 USD, this included a $10 delivery fee. This is order #42225. The company promises a premium product that will leave customers happy with their purchase. However, it has been almost a month since I ordered this product and I still have yet to receive a confirmation email, furthermore on their website my order " Fulfillment Status" is " Unfulfilled". Almost a month for my order to still be unfilfilled. However, I am not the only customer who has had troubles waiting for their orders. They have a discord group which they ask you to join for support. There you can find many many customers who have had the experience, waiting months and months for their orders to not even be shipped out.

      [Order #41183] (December 9, 2022) $115.99 ($40 shipping included) Product is Obsidian Gold QUBUS Ordered this product and have yet to receive it, Owner of company has been seen on twitch.com livestreaming csgo case key opening while multiple people have been waiting 6-12 months for there product to ship, This owner does not update anyone via email or the discord you are asked to join. Empty promises and multiple excuses from the owner who refuses to answer as to why products are still being accepted but not shipped. I would like the product to be shipped as I would still like it but no answers from this owner for 3 months now, I think it requires a call from someone with authority. Thank you very much

      Purchased aluminum grinder online 12-15-2022 as Christmas gift. It seems the only way to contact the company is thru Discord which is not navigable. Have not received item as of 03-03-2023

      - Purchased an Herb Grinder on October 30th (10/30/21) - Paid $149.96 for Said Item - Electi stated on their website that it would take 2 weeks to process and ship orders - The support staff keep going on vacation when there's at least 30-80 people waiting for orders for over 1-2 months. The staff fails to answer and support questions. If they do answer its with false hope of getting the said item. They also stopped comments on their Instagram page. Electi keeps saying they will ship them this week and then they never do. - They will not try to resolve the problem. I have messaged them and MANYYYY others have said they will not refund us. - Order Number: #34910 - My Order has the USPS label ready since Dec. 2nd but hasn't gotten the item to ship yet. - Electi Designs changed their website to say Processing is 2 months now (They did this at the end of November 2021) People have been waiting for 4 months. Longest someone said they were waiting was 6 months and that's when it was 2 week processing time! They should not be allowed to operate like this.

      Place on order for a $210 grinder from this company. The order was placed September 3rd and was promised to be in my hands within 4 weeks as stated on their website. It has been close to two months and still have not received the product. There is no shipping label created and their website says they are still processing my order. There is absolutely no communication for this company in terms of a phone number, email address, or anything of the sort. The only way to contact is through an app called discord. On the app, there is no one replying to questions or concerns regarding their orders. I am not the only one with this problem, as there is a community of people pissed off about waiting so long for such an expensive product. Let me reiterate, there is absolutely no contact from the company to anyone. We are all left completely in the dark regarding anything to do with where our money is going. A 4 day job is taking this company MONTHS to complete. Order number #34185

      I ordered a product from WWW.QUB.US 15 days ago, and the company claimed to drop the item off with USPS 7 days after. It is now 8 days from that date and USPS has yet to receive the product from the company at hand. I have messaged them via email and phone without any response and I have now made a Discord account to communicate with them as instructed on their website. On discord there is no help, only others who are angry about their missing product. This company has not responded to any of my messages and I am now looking to resolve this or get a refund on my purchase of $140.
