      Company double billed and charged for work that was already completed. The bookkeeping was supposed to be done monthly and I was billed monthly and paid monthly. Then last month they charged for approximately 13 hours of work, unannounced and the excuse was they were understaffed. When I looked at my invoices they charged for the same months of work multiple times and/or the bills and work in question was general with statement of what was done. When I asked for clarification the owner was rude, sarcastic and would not explain billing and told me to figure it out in my own. It is my thought now that the practice is unethical, double bills for work completed, charges for asking me questions that have been asked and answers, and charged me each time they need to train a new employee on my books, and they hide their billing in poor and lack of communication and vague practices.

Thus I asked you to look at the audit log in ********** and compare it with the days and time spent on your invoices. You were not able to provide proof that we over charged you, and I cannot look into it since we dont have access to your **********. I believe, we delivered your work on time. Its completed and you can file your taxes. Since you asked to accommodated to pay the bills in several payments, and agreed to our bill, I was able to accommodate you with a payment plan at no charge to you. The question is double billing and repeating the same actions and billing for work that should have already been done, or questions asked and answered multiple times. Putting the blame on another entity or the business you are providing simple book keeping services is unethical and unprofessional. Im looking at invoices provided and there are same entries for multiples and dates, and/or Vague identifiable actions.
