The site says they have 24/7 customer service and live chat, but I have been unable to reach someone after they promised to send me a replacement for my damaged order. I've emailed them and have had no luck with the tracking number for the replacement as they promised. Everyday Yoga is also Yoga Outlet which has terrible reviews on Trust Pilot for the same issues I'm experiencing.

Everyday Yoga has a very clear-looking returns policy page that you arrive when you scroll to the bottom of the site and click on the word Returns. The page then splits into two portions--Happy Returns and Mail Returns. Nowhere on this page does it state that there is a return fee for using either method and it states that they will provide a return label when requested. Even when clicking the "More Info" link under each option, it does not say that there is a fee to return items. However, when I attempted to return an item, Happy Returns was not an option according to the customer service representative who said that my local Happy Returns centers do not accept Everyday Yoga items. She then offered me a return label and did not indicate that it would cost me to accept the label. I inquired about that and she said that, yes, the return shipping is deducted from my return unless I exchange. This is NOT explicitly stated on the very robust looking Returns page. Apparently, you must scroll to the bottom of that page and click on a tiny "Return Policy" link where it states that there is a cost to return ANY item unless it's exchanged. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was patronized by the customer service rep saying "I don't see the deception" and "I'm sorry you feel our return policy is unclear." And then I was told 10 minutes for a supervisor, then ***** hours and then I was told that if I had just requested a free return she could've arranged that but I did not make that request. She continued in an argumentative way and provided a free return label but the burying of return information is really poor.

Purchased a yoga mat for wife; the company offered a 30-day free trial yoga video/classes upon purchase. The promotion code did NOT work for the full priced item we paid for. (Only would give 7 days.) Numerous phone calls, emails, submission forms--they responded (kindly) w apologies and promises to correct the issue, which they agreed was their mistake. (Have retained copies of emails and purchase order.) Still have NOT corrected the problem (has been 2 weeks). Will NEVER order from them again. NOT worth the aggravation/grief. This is far from the "best online shopping experience" they claim they want to provide. (After reaching out again this morning, no response.) FALSE advertising.

I am sorry this issue has not been resolved. I see as of 1/17/23, our support team reached out with further instructions on how to redeem the promo code during sign up to receive the extended trial. You can also find these instructions on the Practyce site here:

Once the promo code is applied in the promo code box, a message will appear below it stating, "Your trial period has extended to 30 days." If for any reason, once you are signed up the 30 day trial is not applied, please contact the team at ****@practyce.com and they will be able to manually remedy that.
