      I purchased a $100.00 e-gift card online from everydayyoga.com on May 12, 2024. The e-gift card was never delivered. I called the customer support number, reported my problem, and requested the representative resend the e-gift card. The representative did resend the e-gift card and it was received. However, when attempting to check out using the e-gift card, the e-gift card would not apply to the order. I called the customer service again and was told the issue would be resolved. However the e-gift card issue was not fixed. I have tried calling customer again since then several times, and have waited on hold for longer than 45 min. with no answer. I have been unable to reach anyone to help me in weeks and I still unable to access or apply the funds on the e-gift card.

      Thank you for providing feedback on your recent order and customer service experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you or your gift recipient have encountered when trying to use your gift card. Checking into the matter it does appear that your gift card has been redeemed and applied directly to customer account. This means that this gift card is ready to be applied during checkout, but it has to be done after the user has logged into the appropriate account. 

      I understand that this process can be confusing, so we will be following up with you via a customer support ticket to provide instructions on how to use that gift card to place an order.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I have spent many hours going back and forth with Everyday Yoga on this issue. Every instruction they offer is a dead end. I expect compensation for the $100.00 I spent on the gift card through reimbursement or through a new, useable e-gift card sent to *********************.

We're sorry to hear that our attempts to resolve this situation have proven unsuccessful - you should be able to utilize the gift cards that we have sent and we're not sure as to the source of this error. Since our efforts there have not worked, we have opted to honor your request and simply cancel your initial order and issue a full refund. Please allow 2-4 business days for this credit to post to your cards' billing statement, depending on the processing speed of your bank.       I ordered (and received) three pairs of pants in Sep. I ordered the exact same size and style as two pairs I had ordered from this company back in Jan (which I loved, so I wanted more). The new pants do not fit the same way as the previous two so I contacted the company for a return and refund, but they have refused because I removed the tags from the pants. I never would have removed the tags if I had ordered a different style or size, but since I expected the exact same pants to fit the same, I removed the tags. The three new pants are not as long as the previous two, they dont stay up, and the waist rolls down. They are uncomfortable to wear and I do not wish to keep pants that dont fit properly. I really dont think its right that company expects me to pay for a faulty product (whether its due to manufacturing error, packaging mistake, or whatever else it might be). I believe it was perfectly reasonable for me to have removed the tags with the expectation that the exact same size and style pants as the ones I previously ordered would actually fit the same way. I would like my money back so I can look to another company to find the fit that I got with the previous two pairs.

I do not think I should have to pay for a manufacturing or packaging mistake since it is perfectly reasonable for me to have expected that the same size and style should fit the same way. I want my money back so I can look to another company for the fit that I need.
