I canceld my personal training session with Fitness19 over text message with my trainer on May 28th. She informed me that she would tell her manager, and her manager would reach out to me to cancel. Nobody ever reached out to me and unbenounced to me they continued to charge my account $160 a month. This lasted for 3 months - $480!! Shame on me for not noticing, but shame on them to take advantage of me. Since then, I have tried calling and texting the manager repeatedly (maybe every other week) to get a resolution and they keep avoiding me. I would like this to be resolved. Terrible business practice.Initial Complaint

I have been member of fitness 19 for over 2 years, they said they cancel the membership anytime after 1 year of enrollment, but they are making it very difficult for me to cancel. Every time I call there is no representative available to pick up the phone. I have relocated to another state but still cant cancel. Please help me cancel the membership.Initial Complaint

I signed up for myself the fitness 19 at Campbell location. I should be charged the personal training for $160. But they charged $640. They overcharged me by $480 ($640-$160). Their business app didn't show this overcharge but it showed on my bank statement. And the store manager asked me to email the financial manager and I emailed their financial manager to check why they overcharged me but didn't get any reply. They should give me back the overcharged $480.Initial Complaint

I signed my son up for a membership at Fitness 19. The payments were autopayed from a bank account. June 2022: we cancelled the membership online He did not see the email from fitness 19 that said there was an outstanding balance ****** and that they would keep charging the monthly amount until it was resolved all the while he would not have access to the gym. October 2022: he received a text from fitness 19 , offering to wipe away his debt if he would sign up again. He let them know that he had cancelled several months ago, didn't realize they were still charging him. He tried to go to his account to pay the balance, but he could not because his account was inactive. He let them know this , but they never responded with a way for him to pay. next my son received a letter from a debt collector for over $200 we tried calling the club and also the number the club gave us for helping with inactive memberships, but they said there was nothing they could do because it had gone to collection. we would be happy to pay the ****** balance, but would like the debt to be retracted and his credit fixed
