      The supervisor refuses to fix problems that I have about charges that they have made to me and that I don't owe and has been increasing my bill every month and he doesn't want to fix this problem I always send him emails and it always comes out that the board doesn't want to remove those charges but I went to the board and they said he would help me but he didn't and I have proof that Most of the charges are not mine and also I would like to fix the problem ****.

      This HOA management company is great as long as you never need anything. Most of the technology they provide to our members is antiquated and broken with a website that barely offers any information whatsoever. Speaking of information, numerous residents have made requests for the ledger only to be left on hold ad infinitum. Right now the association is tripping over document request violations and they're piling up quickly. Architecture requests are rarely serviced such that even the board recommends ignoring the architecture review committee. Others have reported harassment for making modifications even though nobody seems to enforce the CC&Rs. The vice president of the association was hired by the management company and there's some talk that a CMS informant sits on the board. This is possibly indicated by a suspicious house with all-new guttering, which stands in contrast to the dilapidated gutters around it. The rest of the board is completely disengaged and would rather not attend meetings. In order to service their laziness they've turned over all control of the association to management - consequently management rampage through the site abusing anyone they wish and neglecting even the most basic requirements of the CC&Rs (they don't paint frequently and they have never caulked anything that I see). A tree reported at this property was not maintained on request and has now damaged two floors of walls. The walls had to be completely stripped and rebuilt after rainwater poured over the stuffed drain and straight down the back of completely unfinished and unsealed stucco. It's been leaking forever but our recent insulation highlighted it (and was destroyed by it). Management offered no assistance and carries no insurance for damages caused by trees they refuse to trim. They also painted one owner's windows in a manner that sealed the drainage. This flooded the building and damaged walls. Management are blaming stucco and refusing to budge.
