I purchased 4 HP mini PC's from Tiger Direct 3 months ago knowing they were refurbished. I decided to take a chance on them as they were considerably cheaper. One I received was DOA and I jumped through hoops with them and a 3rd party seller astsys aka Advanced Skyline Technologies in order to get a replacement unit. Well 3 months later a hard drive fails on one of them. I reach out to their 3rd party seller AST and they give me the run around. I sent all the info they ask for and was hit with "gee we don't see this service tag in our system" after showing the very service tag THEY put on it. I finally had enough and contacted Tiger Direct support. They tell me "sorry about your luck bud its been over 30 days." So now I am stuck with a PC with a bad hard drive and 2 utterly useless "customer service" experiences.Business response

We are a training and services company and have never sold HP PC's and related parts. We are not the company you purchased the equipment from. Please see https://www.skyline-ats.com/ for info about our company. There are many companies with the word "Skyline" in them. Please redirect the complaint towards the correct company. Again, Skyline-ATS (The recipient of this case ID) is *not* the correct company. We do not sell PC equipment or provide services for the same.
