Good afternoon,
I have tried contacting the customer to resolve this issue and to find out the problem and why we weren't contacted so we could have had an opportunity to try and resolve the issue she was having there.
When I called the customer, she sounded very confused and didn't know who I even was or who Season Control was unit she finally just told me she didn't want to speak to me and all she wanted was for me to send BBB a check.
In a situation where a customer has an issue with a repair, we like to send a senior technician out so they can inspect/troubleshoot what was done and what can be done to fix the problem and be able to satisfy our customer, unfortunately with this customer we were not given the opportunity to do so because we didn't receive a call letting us know something was wrong.
What we can do now is give the customer partial refund, half of the money back since we did go out there and install two new parts for her that were in working condition when the technician left and we were not given the opportunity to rectify the issue.

After I had submitted my complaint the owner called to say he was investigating and would get back to me. He never did,instead the original technician called to argue with me not to resolve the problem.I received acceptable service from a licensed reputable technician and corrected the problem about the sub par and unnecessary parts used. The call from ***** was not confusing but provided no resolution to the problem. I am willing to accept a refund of one half of the $600.
