This company claims to collect charges for other companies, however their web site shows they sell subscriptions. On December 15,2023 yhis company charged my credit card $2.99, they claim was for another company which I believe is false. When I complained, they refunded my charge.Corbusian Inc, I believe is also a victim of this fraud. algtrgm.com. is the company committing the fraud. Anything you can do is appreciated.Corbusian Inc | *********************************************************************************************** The amount of this charge is not the problem, it is allk of the other $2.99 collected from other scams.Business response

We have received your complaint #******** and take all consumer matters seriously. Upon researching this issue, we were able to locate membership #**********. Our records indicate that the customer contacted our service department on 12/20/23. We can confirm that the membership was cancelled from further billing and the charge was refunded in the amount of $2.99 USD on 12/20/23. The membership was created with the email address, ****************** with billing details card ending xxx-****. The approved authorization was approved with a successful zip code and CVV security code match. We hope this information satisfies this request.

I was charged on my debit card for $2.99 and a pending charge for $39.99 and I don't know who they are. When I went to the website, the chat stated they would refund my money, but they couldn't tell me who the company was, what kind of company it was or anything about the company they represent. Sounds like a scam to me. They need to be shut down.Business response

We have received your complaint # ******** and take all consumer matters seriously. Upon researching this issue, we were unable to locate any memberships in our system with the information provided, customer name and email address. To continue with our investigation of this issue, please provide us either with the email address used to create the membership(s), the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card that was billed, or the confirmation number he was provided when contacting our service representative. Upon receipt of the additional information, we will immediately continue our research into this issue.
