Dealership details: Envy Automotive dealership XXXXX ******* Way Unit ** ****** ***** ** XXXXX 12/20/21 Date of purchase 12/21/21 1st problem, texted him about a leak 12/21/21 2nd problem, "engine temperature is high" sign 12/21/21 3rd problem shaking on low speed 12/28/21 Oil leaking started. I took it back to them to try to fix the leaks for the 1st time. 01/02/22 Tried to take the car for the 2nd time with the same issues but he got covid. At this point I couldn't go back and forth to Downtown without the coolant level is low sign even though I have refilled it every time before I have left my home. Giving me constant anxiety. 01/05/22 4th problem the liquid in the coolant reservoir turned brown like a cappuccino. 01/06/22 towing the car to their place so they could try to fix the original problems for the 2nd time and check out everything else 01/14/22 5th problem the ac does not work properly 01/17/22 took the car for the 3rd time with the same problems and with the new ones 01/19/22 changing my first tires because one of them was damaged (they sold it like that) $390 + $75 alignment the whole car started shaking. It's the transfer case which would be at least another $***** to fix. 01/20/22 got the coolant level sign again 01/21/22 took the car for the 4th time with the same problems and new ones 01/24/22 they said they don't know how to fix the AC and they don't want to take the risk 01/24/22 letting them know there is still some oil leaking which is on my warranty papers 01/25/22 taking the car for the 5th times I already made jokes about if I should move in? 01/31/22 the coolant level is low again and I decided not to give them more opportunity to fix it at this point 02/09/22 tow the car for $90 to another shop. 02/12/22 spent $***** transfer case hasn't been fixed 02/15/22 check engine light on 03/07/22 oil is still leaking Spent: $******** Current Loan Balance: $********* Total: $********* Had a cancellation option for two days.
