      This collection agency have violated:15 USC 1692C(A) - Communication without consent from consumer 15 USC **** - Inaccurate information/no consumer consent I have the right to be treated by a collection agency with dignity and respect. I would like for this report to be removed from my credit report.

      With regard to the complaint alleging a violation of ****, consent, we have not communicated information about this debt to anyone other than the consumer. We have only communicated once with this consumer but that call was immediately terminated by the consumer. We do not have on file a request to not communicate with the consumer. With regard to any credit reporting we will report to the CRA's the consumers dispute and conduct a reasonable investigation.       They have been calling me about 4-5 times a day. They just now started contacting my place of employment and have started to contact all my family members, friends, and anyone associated with those family members.

Response: 1st we have had less than 30 days to respond to this compliant. To the complaint 'They have been calling me about 4-5 times a day' and 'started to contact all my family members, friends, and anyone associated with those family members' is inaccurate. We have never made contact with this person and do not know which number is calid for this person. We have called several numbers to connect but we have never called any one number more than once on any day. On only a single occasion did we ever make more than one call on any single day. That day was calling third parties in skip trace attempts. On that day we only spoke with one person. To the complaint 'They just now started contacting my place of employment' this is inaccurate. We do not have employment information for this person and we have no telephone number or have dialed any employer telephone number. Submitted by *************** President Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/10/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I can provide call records that show that second alliance contacted me at least 4-5 times a day. I can also obtain and provide my cousins phone records, her husbands, and my brothers phone records to show that they contacted them as well. I can provide the actual recorded voicemail, and the transcript of said voicemail, that second alliance left with my employer after multiple contact attempts. the erroneous statement that the second alliance president has provided is extremely dismissive, lacking in information, knowledge, and is an obvious attempt to play coy to the collection actions that he clearly knows his business participates in.

      Second Alliance is reporting a collection on my account that needs to be removed. I looked at my credit report and noticed that they are trying to collect for National University. This is an error, I have never been or heard of National University. I don't know who this account belongs to but it needs to be removed from my report.

We have a consumer with the first and with a different last name and same phone number. We spoke with this person on 02/06/2020 and she acknowledged the debt. If you can confirm your identity we could gladly provide proof of this claim. I attempted to reach our customer at the number we have but there was no answer. We will attempt to reach this customer for verification.
