  My car was serviced on 12/19/22 the problem I was having was the car was overheating when I bought it in. The time I bought it in was around ***** *** We got a call around **** when he starting looking at the car stating it was the coolant radiator hose that needed to be replaced. Around **** the job was finished. The cost was **** for the coolant hose and **** for the labor the total came out to be ******* with tax and fees. When arrived at home no coolant was in the car. My husband asked him was coolant in the car when he picked it up and ****** told him he put coolant in the car. Which was not true because when my husband made it home coolant level was low display in car. From that day on every morning we had to put coolant in the car because it was out after just being fixed now today ********** car overheating again now two pin holes in another pipe that have to be replaced that coolant leaked all over two belts that have to be replaced as well this shop she be help accountable because the problem was never fixed and when he first checked car out the first time it was only the coolant hose that he replaced now he didn't put coolant in it we drove home and coolant was gone two pin holes in another pipe spelled coolant all over the belts causing them to break and cause more problems to my 2018 Range Rover and he stated those cars always have problems as a mechanic that's not something he should say because he is the one causing the problems. My question is how can pin holes get into thick pipes? This man is practicing bad business by causing these problems having us go back to him for the business. Please assist Thank you for your time the receipt is from first job I'm waiting on receipt for this job. I'm just so angry now I wrote this now seeking help

This is not the same person I did business with. Not My issue that a spouse is unhappy with a 2018 Range Rover with current multiple coolant issues. I did business with her Husband and was working just fine. I have never had such a complaint from the BBB in 18 Years of Business. I did keep the old parts just incase they needed them back. I would love for them to inspect them for any type of harm or foul play!
