On or before July 2022, I requested personally and via e-mail from my dentist********************, and his office personnel copy of my complete dental records, records of treatments and findings. explanation of all my visits. ************** indicated I will be able to get them. I continued to follow up but as of this date, I have not received what I requested- my dental records. Oct. 12- ******* of doctor's office called me and she said the records will be prepared. Oct. 18 Since I did not receive any records promised to me, I e-mailed West Valley Dental office notifying them that if I don't receive my dental records on or before Oct. 24, I will get a Third Party involved. That's why, today I am filing my complaint hoping that through BBB, I would be able to obtain my Dental Records.
