Received a defective headboard for a bed. I called the next day for an exchange. I communicated via email with a damaged picture attached. This was on January 26, 2023. I did not receive a response. I reached out again at the end of February, only to be told that a authorization was just submitted. I was then told that the authorization was placed when I first requested it. I requested to have the authorization be emailed but was told that they will not do this and that I need to wait. This was a month after purchase. Now, I am being told that it can take up to 3 months to receive a replacement.
