      this major ***** ************ ****** 2 faced **** **** ***** who now runs cube depot,inc while moving my things from *** to *** stole nearly1/2 my things personal possessions & extorted me for nearly twice the original price ******* to ********* it started back in october 2021 he rushed my moving to where i lost very much sleep, to get me off ******* he broke many things. i did not know how many things he stole until i unpacked the 2nd shipment it was *** it was supposed to be!! i had to threaten him with law suit & police, example i told him to get my parents antique lamp out of his house, 1st he denied he had it. then when i threaten him with police, all of a sudden he found it & when my wife went to his warehouse he gave back only the lamp base & then gave her a few other things that was in his house! he stole my model time machine & display case & base i made from scratch, best thing i ever made!!! i found out his moving (LICENSE WAS REVOKED ON FEB XX XXXX) this year, he also gave me recently his insurance co, they told me he CANCELLED there insurance ******** just before he moved my 1st load in dec. probably so he could rip me off without any liability to the insurance co.!! he had no legal right to move me to begin with!! he even cries all the time about people have to respect him including even me after what he did!!. why is it people who deserve it the least cry about it the most?!! he also got mad i give my mothers piano to my wife instead!! which he offered credit about 1/50th it's worth! i also like a total fool gave him many things he asked for & for his kids, to be a nice guy!!i i was a very big collector, now about 1/2 my collection is gone from his theft!!! he will promise u anything! AVOID AT ALL COST LIKE THE ******* THIS ********** the worst thing even more than all the money he extorted me for, is a life time of collecting is gone forever including my parents collection!! u can't put a price on that!! (XXX)-XXX-XXXX XXXXXXXXXX

      Hired Cube Depot to broker a move from ********** to ********** Everything they ********** was ****** They guaranteed my belongings would be ************* ******* ******* ************ ******** and ************ Most items were ******* I had to reassemble everything myself, all moving ******** and packaging was left behind and I paid in full and only half of my belongings arrived. The carrier Cube Depot hired failed and therefore they were paid for a service that was never ********** Now they will not answer a call or allow me to file a claim.

      I recently moved from ******** and looked for different moving services. I was between Cube Depot and another service but went with Cube Depot because on the phone I was promised my items would be fully insured if I used their services. When the movers arrived, they lost my mattress, half my bed frame, and a desk chair. I have worked with the ************************** that Cube Depot contracted the job to, and they are willing to only give $0.60/lb*****************************************. I found this unacceptable, so I contacted Cube Depot to see if they can help. When I finally got a hold of them, the representative said that wasn't their policy and I was lied to and there is nothing they can do. Again, this was an unacceptable answer to me: "it ***** our company lied to you to get your business, and now that you are ******* out of a bed. We won't help." doesn't sit right with me on a human level. I find it gross they are able to lie about their coverage w/ no repurcussions.

      I was told one thing on the phone (delivery estimated 3-10 days), pressured to esign a doc, and then was informed that the company has up to 30 DAYS to deliver my items. My items were picked up July 30th and I still do not have a deliver date. I packed for one week, my son's school uniforms and other essential work and life items are being held hostage in a storage facility and I have not been informed of a delivery date.

      I used this brokerage company to find cross country movers. The movers they paired with were terrible. Cube depot quoted me one price and when the movers got there I was forced to pay a different price. I was quoted a 5-10 business day delivery and the contract stated a guarantee of 21 business days. It took my movers 27 business days. During those days I could not get in contact with the movers so I had to continuously reach out through the brokerage company. Cube depot could not tell me when I would receive my things, why they were late, or tell me where my things were and this is only when they would answer the phone. Cube depot also informed me that after the 21 days the movers were supposed to give a per day late discount. The movers said that was not true and I was not given a discount. The movers broke my mirror, left an item with me that was not mine, and also lost an item.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/09/23) */ Dear ******, I Apologize for the Inconvenience with your move, Please understand that we are the broker and we cannot assist you with any broken items nor late deliveries and the best way to assist would to be to file a claim which we can assist in if you would like, as for you having to pay a different price, according to movers upon arrival I was notified you have more items then estimated for, which therefore bumped up the price a little. Also, for the late delivery discount, you are 100% correct and you would have to speak with the moving carrier about it. Again I do apologize about the issues with your move, and if there is anything you need help with our main line is always open.
