Cube Depot got 1 star because I could not give them a minus 10. Peri was absolutely no help at all thru out our 3 months order deal with Vals Storage & Moving who we paid Peri $920 to recommend and guarantee her as a reputable moving company. Our contract said delivery from California to New Mexico would be 3 to 10 days. It took 3 months and our storage was only 1/2 delivered very damaged and mixed in with other delivers. All boxes were opened and our things where stolen. We had our stuff in a controlled storage unit. When driver picked up truck it was on a dirt road outside a bar in Los Angeles. I hope this review will help others. I would not have picked Cube Depot but my daughter in law did without reading reviews and checking up with the BBB. I am out $3000.Review from Bobby R

Was super stressed and couldn't find anyone to meet my needs with my move, The second I got on the phone with Peri he was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. I got quoted fast and straight to the point, they offered such a good deal. I moved from Southern California towards Oklahoma and everything with super smooth. I will be referring them to friends and family that will need help with their move.Review from Aseret A

Completely happy with my choice to go through them to help me move. From getting the quote to them picking up my things I didn't have any issues. **** and Peri were completely helpful with quoting and offering me the best deal. I will be recommend them to friends and family.Review from Will I

Honestly cube depot has been completely worthless. First they drastically underestimated our load, even after I gave Bobby exact cubic footage of everything we were packing. Second, they hire the worst possible company to handle the move. This moving company had the WORST reviews I have ever seen. Now skip forward a bit and this moving company has only delivered half of our stuff (a full month late) and can't find the other half. Cube depot, specifically Bobby and Perry, have been absolutely zero help on getting this worked out. It's been 3 weeks without them calling me back after Perry said he would help us deal with the movers. We have left multiple messages with cube depot but still nothing.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. They're sweet and helpful when you call for a quote but once something goes wrong they run and hide.
I hope they read this know that their incompetence ruins people's lives.Review from Bree I

This company is a disgrace. We contracted with Cube Depot for a move from California to Tennessee and they guaranteed we would be packed, disassembled, transported and reassembled in our new home. Only half my items arrived and they are all damaged. Nothing was unpacked or reassembled. No one knows where the rest of my belongings are. Cube Depot takes zero responsibility and my family is left crushed and in financial crisis.
