On 05/06/2022 I ordered 2 black remanufactured ink cartridges for a ****************** from house of toners (Order Number ******). The website guaranteed the cartridges would work in the printer. After receipt of the cartridges they came with a set of instructions in case the printer would not work. I followed the instructions and the cartridge worked for approx 24-48 hours. At that point in time the printer displayed a message stating "counterfeit cartridge only ** cartridges can be used." I attempted to follow the original instructions again and the printer would not print. I contacted House of Printers customer service (************) from the website. The woman who answered the phone stated she would email me a set of instructions, if that did not work to call back. I followed the instruction with no success. I attempted to call back (on 05/12/2022) and got voicemail, I left a message to which there has been no response. I have also attempted to call 2 more times on 05/13/2022 and the call went straight to voicemail however I was unable to leave a message. I have started a dispute process with my card holder.
