On 5/15/24, I purchased the Love Bracelet as a gift.. order ********* On 5/18/24, I received the bracelet. On 5/24/24 I showed the gift to the recipient. It was tried on for less than 1 minute and responsibly put back in original box it came in.On 5/27/24, I notified Cartier of the return of the bracelet due to being to large and disliking the product.. The product was tried on once of less than 1 minute. Otherwise, it remained in the original box with all its components for the entire time while in my possession. The item was shipped back in all its original packaging.On 5/29/24, I was notified that the product had been received by Cartier. On 6/12/24 I received a call from Cartier stating the item was not approved for return, it had some scratches. I explained to the customer service that the item was in original packaging the entire time other than 1 minute of trying on the product. They agreed to appeal the decision.On 6/17/24 I received a call that item will not be accepted for return, with an email of pictures of a bracelets with extensive scratches all over it. This was not the condition of the bracelet when I sent it back. I was disappointed and shocked at the accusation that I would send a product back in that condition. It was in pristine condition when returned from my home. They are refusing to acknowledge that either these scratches happened in their possession or it is not the same bracelet that was returned.
