      An Ecoshield salesperson approached me in August 2023 about a 1 day special-50% off 1st treatment for annual contract billed quarterly. He said I could cancel any time if not 100% satisfied. I paid $179 that day. It took 3 visits to fully eradicate a wasp nest, leaving dead ************ debris for me to clean up! I was charged $179 AGAIN a month later? Salesperson gave me a spiel re: 1 time follow-up to initial treatment. He wasn't clear if that was 1 of the quarterly payments or added charge? He never got back to me. I lost job in December & had to cut non-essential expenses. Ecoshield said I had to pay $150 to cancel for discounts I received?? I never got 50% off 1st treatment? A "supervisor" offered 50% off remaining treatments if I couldn't pay cancellation fee. I said I couldn't afford the fee to cancel nor any discounted fees for services. He was very rude, kept saying those were my options per contract. Then asked what day is good for next treatment?! I said I don't want any more treatments. We got disconnected, no call back.A month later my kids grabbed my phone to see who was at our door per RING alert. I hear "OOOHHH he's saying bad words!!". I grabbed phone & saw their technician cursing & repeatedly hitting ***** with brush. What really bothered me was that he knocked a birds nest that I had told them about & asked them to avoid. My family has watched 3 cycles of life hatch from this nest, the birds have not returned! My kids still get sad about this.I called several times to complain & finally reached a live person on March 29. Person I spoke with initially understood my frustration BUT they could not cancel my account. I believe I was transferred to the same rude "supervisor" who again expressed no concern even after I sent a copy of the RING video clip. He said video only showed the technician was frustrated & said "it's similar to your frustration now"! Now bill is $150 PLUS $89.50 for unwanted service plus late ************ to collections!

      The first time the technician can to service our home, he did not clear cobb webs, or treat the inside of our home or garage as promised. Shortly after this first visit, a survey was sent to me via email where I expressed these concerns. No follow up was made or attempted by the company. The second time the company claimed they came out, nothing was done to our home. I checked all of our perimeter cameras and no technician was seen servicing our home on said date. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have not been successful getting in contact with our local office. When trying to cancel this service, I called 5 times before they finally ************ us. The very last time when the representative finally agreed to cancel our service, he stated that I would not be responsible for the *********** for or the "service" that did not occur. I am now receiving a bill monthly from a collection agency.

      I paid the company *** dollars to seal the holes under my home and place rat traps, and come once a week for a year, if needed to check traps unit rats are gone. The weekly visits would be to remove dead bodies. During this heat wave multiple rats died under my home, the company would either cancel appts or come out and refuse to remove the dead bodies. The home has smelled and still ****** ********* Today when I called to talk to someone the office staff hung up on me. On Tuesday when my partner waited around all day for our appt, he called the office and was ****** at, even though we have an appt. Confirmation text, they cancelled our appt with out telling us. When my partner asked to speak to someone about getting derrube out to our house asap due to the sent that is when she screamed at him. They were hired a month ago and have removed zero dead rats. The rat *********** grew worse and last week, Thursday they chewed through my wires. I had an electrician come out. He had to go rewire under the home and told me he saw multiple dead and alive rats. Get this company is unable to speak to me or provide the service I paid for. We are very frustrated and would love assistance, and would like to warn others. I see below I can upload, I do not have a copy of the contract but I will go to the company Monday to request, unfortunately we did not keep a copy. I did add a photo of the wires eaten by the rats, 3 weeks after the company was hired. And a screen shot of the appt they said was cancelled.

The dead rats have been left under my home, there is still a smell. There are openings that are uncovered. And I was supposed to have a service this week and was told since I requested a time for the 23rd, not the 22nd no service could come. I requested a certain because I wanted to be here since every time your company comes you provide no service. I was also hung up in when I called with my concerns and when I called back was told there was nothing that the person over the phone could do. Just because you physically came to my property you did not actually do the job you were contracted to do. I now have additional photos of the coverings you placed. The coverings have multiple holes for rats to go through and I have coverings that are completely open, when you were told about them, they are in plain view as well. It is also impossible to speak to anyone about these issues as the office staff is refuses to answer questions or tell me how these concerns came be resolved.       I signed up for services, with an expectation to pay $139 quarterly and $161 if I canceled before my year end policy. I paid the initial $139. Prior to the 2nd appt I needed to rescheduled (out of town).I was told rescheduling was no problem and scheduled for 8/28. Every week leading up to this appointment, ecoshield scheduled an appt with no communication until 24hrs before. Each time I had to call & cancel and explain that I already have an appt for 8/28. Each time I called it was an ordeal as I would wait 20+ Mins & sometimes was disconnected. By the 3rd week this same thing happened- I was notified of an appointment for the next day 8/5, in which I was out of town for. I cancelled via email, text, and phone call. Via text, I was told if I do not have the appt on 8/5, that I needed to close my account. I agreed to close the acct as I am sick of all this wasted time. They STILL completed the appt charged $139 & $161. Terrible communication! Terrible scheduling! So much wasted time!

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/15) */ Hi ********, after reviewing your account I found multiple texts/emails letting you know that the mandatory egg cycle treatment was supposed to be performed 30-45 days after the initial service. You kept canceling the service, even after you agreed on the service agreement. Your initial service was performed on 6/18/21 and we canceled/rescheduled the egg cycle service twice, on 7/20/21 and 7/28/21. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) All of these appointments were scheduled by ecoshield on days I couldn't be present with only 24 hrs notice. How are they suppose to do an interior spray if I cannot be present as part of the contract? The final appointment on 8/5, was scheduled by eco shield on 8/4, and I cancelled on 8/4 via text and email (and waited TWICE 20+ minutes when calling and ecoshield disconnected me) yet ecoshield still charged me $139 and $161. I do not know if they they even sprayed the exterior but they definitely did not spray the interior. When told "if you do not have the appointment on 8/5 then you would need to cancel the account due to egg cycle", I told them I do NOT Want an appointment on 8/5 and to close my account. They still charged me $139 for the service on 8/5 that I DID NOT want preformed that day and $161 to close the account. The amount of headache dealing with this company is beyond belief.
