An absolutely awful organization with despicable customer service; I only wish that I had listened to the bad review here before purchasing from them. Terrible customer care from as soon as the order was shipped, asking for multiple paper authorization form even though the payment had been processed electronically after the order the placed. I was traveling for the holidays when this happened and they would not process my order until they received it. I don't understand why you would pay online if you didn't plan to pay/receive the goods you ordered?Then, the lights took forever to arrive and a part was missing that due to a complete house renovation was opened 5 weeks after delivery. There was a delay with materials from a subcontractor, so the project was started a month late and now for a $50 part, they are holding me responsible and essentially making most of an order than was worth FIFTY TIMES (50x) that worthless.The company is rude on the phone, rude over email and nothing short of scandalous to deal with. I would everyone to avoid at all costs and find another retailer who can deliver something similar instead. Even if they are more expensive, it will be worth the extra cost than to deal with anyone associated with this firm. And that's before you have to deal with the attitudes of everyone at this firm - as noted by multiple other users here. The one star I am giving is just to get this review posted to warn others to avoid them at all costs.
