On January 11, 2022 my son ************ took our vehicle (Honda CRV) and went to the Westfield's Topanga Mall. As he was getting out of his vehicle at the parking structure near Starbucks Coffee at the Westfields Mall, he saw a Security Guard from the mall chasing a female Transient who had a shovel in her hand while running in mt sons direction. My son's first response was to go back to his vehicle and lock the doors since he saw them running and no warning had been given to my son. He ducks in his car and next thing he knows, his front windshield was smashed by the transient with the shovel. My son had never experienced anything like this before so he left immediately after to come home, but not before giving information to the security guard. Since then I've had to call,spoken to, texted , even showing up to the security office n spoke with ***** who gave me an email address of Manager ************ who also has not responded just like the Supervisor ***************** whom I personally spoke with n she gave me her email which is no longer accepting mail. She no longer answers her phone. I had to repair the windshield ($140.00) and trying to get reimbursed through their risk management insurance company. I have been given email's that are not accepting messages for both the Supervisor n Manager. As you can see, they have failed to reach out to me. I also left a hand written note when I personally went. Help!!
