    Poor Quality Products and ************************* from ******************** I purchased a wide variety of Best Pro Lighting's outdoor lighting hardware and components and had them professionally installed. However, I have experienced an unacceptably high number of failures with their products. Not only have numerous bulbs failed prematurely, but the tops of three of my mushroom lights have fallen off due to extremely poor glue application that did not properly secure the tops.When I reached out to Best Pro Lighting about these issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They claimed I must have installed the lights incorrectly, despite having two separate professional landscape lighting companies confirm the installation was done properly. Best Pro Lighting then claimed these companies were not true "experts."Shockingly, they stated they do not actually offer any warranties for their bulbs, contrary to their advertised claims. They told me if I wanted replacements, I would have to purchase new bulbs at full price. This is after experiencing a substantial number of premature bulb failures with their products.Fed up, I ordered replacement bulbs from a third-party company on Amazon and have had zero failures since switching brands. The difference in quality and longevity is night and day.My experience dealing with Best Pro Lighting's customer support was also extremely poor. One of their "supervisors" I spoke with was outright rude, condescending, and unwilling to take any responsibility for their defective products.Based on the low quality of their lighting products, complete lack of honoring warranties, and terrible customer service, I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from Best Pro Lighting. They are not an accredited BBB business, and for good reason - their products and company practices are simply unacceptable. Save your money and frustration by avoiding this company at all costs.

    The customer contacted us after more than two years,demanding replacement bulbs at no cost. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to our staff, making it impossible to provide effective customer support and troubleshooting. He consistently talked over us and insisted on free replacement bulbs.

    Our warranty policy, clearly stated on our website, covers only the fixtures and not the bulbs. Improper installation by professionals or homeowners can significantly reduce the lifespan of the bulbs and potentially damage them. Various installation factors can lead to premature bulb burnout.The customer reported an issue with 8 out of 10 LED bulbs, an unusually high defect rate.

    We requested to speak with the lighting professional who installed his system to assist with troubleshooting, as this number of defective bulbs is highly uncommon. The customer refused to allow us to speak with the installation company and declined any troubleshooting assistance.Speaking with the installer would help us ensure the installation meets our specifications and resolve the underlying issue.

    Our policy aims to identify and fix the root cause to prevent recurring problems. While we understand that replacing the bulbs temporarily solved the issue, it is likely to reoccur if the initial problem remains unresolved. With over 25 years of experience, we are adept at product troubleshooting and customer support.

    We also offered to ship replacement fixtures at no charge,per our policy, for the damaged fixtures he mentioned. However, the customer did not want to provide photos of the damaged fixtures. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the customer was uncooperative and did not comply with our policy requirements. Ultimately, he insulted our staff and hung up the call.

    We remain committed to assisting the customer with the issue once he is ready to provide the necessary information.
