Saturday Feb.10 I took my car for a car wash, not the drive thru but the full car wash. I paid $21.99. So I drop the car and they took car and I waited. So when it was ready I went got the car and gave a tip for the guy that cleaned the car. drove to ****** and park as soon as I looked at my R front passenger side mirror it was already hanging, so I rushed and went back to the car wash and ask for the manager. *** the manager came out and I showed him what happened so he checked, I took pictures and I told him that won't touch it because my side mirror broke while you were cleaning my car I don't know what really happened and ****** was just 5mins. away. So he said let's put a tape for now and let me check online as to how much it will cost to replace. So he *** the manager tape the side mirror, he took my name and phone number telling me that once he get the information he would need that he would call me. Monday I tried to call the office @9AM looked for *** but the girl that answered said *** was not in yet. waited the whole day for him to call but didn't. called again the following day yesterday same story. now I don't what to do I need for them to fix what they broke. I have pictures I took when I went back to the car wash and also tried to ask for the guy that cleaned the car and they told me his gone, they have CCTV all over the premises but I doubt if they would let me see. As what I told ******** came here to have my car cleaned. I hope you can help me. I tried to settle but won't talk to me.
