    My wife and I received a list of reputable companies from our insurance company to look at breast pumps for our newborn baby. Hygeia was one of these "reputable companies." We followed the same procedures with all of the websites- enter insurance information, and look at the breast pumps available to us for free, and which ones we could upgrade to. My wife was looking at pumps she could wear and be hands free. Without us ordering anything, Hygeia sent us a breast pump (a type we weren't even looking at) and charged our insurance $500, without our consent. We did not put a breast pump in our cart or check out.We have tried to call multiple times and get a voicemail and received no call back. We finally got a hold of someone and they insisted by putting our insurance information in, that was ordering a pump.This company is committing insurance fraud- and the pump they sent us is useless to us as it is not what my wife wanted or was looking at. I would highly suggest nobody do business with Hygeia, and we insist on getting the claim on our insurance reversed so we can get a pump that works for my wife's needs.

    I ordered a breast pump through my insurance 4 months ago. And have not been able to use it the pump does not work. It turns on but doesnt not suction at all. I have 4 months sending emails and trying to call the company and their customer service is non existent have not been able to get ahold of them. *** left emails, voicemails, and nothing. I cannot afford another pump and have been using one that o bought for $20 on Amazon. I would stay away from ordering a pump from this company.
