Hi there, thanks for looking into this and assisting with the dispute and getting a full refund from *********************** and Success Resources.I Paid AU$41,500 for 2x Diamond UPW LIVE in Person ****** 2x Diamond DWD Live in Person ********** 2x Diamond Business Mastery LIVE in Person ********* Paid **$3870 2x Platinum NAC Live in Person ********* Invoices attached.Live events have not been held, countless emails ignored, their own contract not honored:Please see their original Terms and Conditions which now have been updated to avoid paying a full refund as it stated.. (Clause 13, 13C and 13D).We Spent money on flights and accomodation as well so to top it all up around AU$55,000 out of pocket.I know that BBB is able to assist and getting my full refund and money back like some friends have had great success with BBB against *********************** and Success Resources.Any questions please let me know via email. Hi there, I purchased x2 *********************** Unleash the Power Within (UPW) gold tickets in 2021 to attend the event live in ****** ********* through Success Resources, however this event has been postponed twice, in 2021 and 2022 due to covid. I have contacted Success Resources *********, who is the event organiser for *********************** event to ask for a refund as I am unable to attend the event in 2023 as I will be travelling overseas. Success Resources *********** response was they don't do refunds and they can move my registration to next year, however I am moving overseas this year and there's no guarantee that **** will be back to ********* next year, hence I will be forfeiting my tickets if I don't attend this year. Can you please help us get a refund? There has been a lot of customer complaints about ***************************************** ********* for postponing events and not processing refunds, this was covered in News.com.au ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* and Current Affair **********************************************************************************************************************************************************Initial Complaint

Hi There My name is ***************************, on the 04/06/2019 i purchased tickets to see a ********************* event called Date with Destiny. I paid exactly $6100 AUD for my partner and I for tickets and due to covid the event did not go ahead. I have been contacting Success Resources time and time again, when I finally got through to them I was told that there's absolutely nothing I can do and that the money is gone. I have been chasing this refund for over 2 years now and it's become very difficult Are you able to please assist in the matter?Initial Complaint

In 2019 I booked a ticked for $4500 for *********************** Date With Destiny in ********* in 2020 through success resources. In 2020 the event got cancelled due to COVID and was rebooked for 2021, which never happened. I asked for a refund multiple times as the event never took place and was advised that they can not refund the ticket. Then **** himself demanded Success Resources to refund the event.I have emailed Success Resources 7 times, DM on Instagram and ******** 10 times. They have been avoiding me as there is no news for a DWD for 2022 or 2023, I demanded a refund to which has been ignored.I also saw on a current affair (*********) the story about others who have not been refunded and **** himself has once again requested to have the event refunded.This company preaches personal development but remains unethical and does not care. His reputation is getting damaged.All I request is my $4500 refunded from an event I paid for 3 years ago!I have been referred by someone who was successful in this going through BBB.Can you please help me?(I also want to put a complaint in to *********************** himself but I am not sure what his business name is under)Initial Complaint

I purchased a training from Success Resources America ($9995) in July 2019. The trainings that I wanted to attended didn't start until 2020. Covid happened in 2020 and I waited until 2021 once travel was opened up again. I reached out to them to find out the schedule. ***** has responded to my messages.It looks like they are still in business because I even signed up for their newsletter. www.SRGlobal.com and there's a board etc.No-one has reached out to me to let me know that they are not providing the training anymore. and to give me a refund.I believe enough time has elapsed at this point for them to have re-commenced their trainings, the ones that I paid for. When I look at their products, it's all virtual and they have not listed the training I paid for called Quantum Leap. Please see attachmentInitial Complaint

In November 2020 I purchased tickets for ***************** Within in ****** scheduled for September 2021 at the value of $999 AUD.The event was cancelled due to the ***** pandemic. I was not offered a refund. Instead I was invited to the virtual event that year which I did not accept, and my tickets were supposed to be transferred to the next UPW event. The next event has not been announced.I have advised Success Resources that I do not wish to attend UPW anymore as there has been a change in my personal circumstances, as well as the original attendees that the tickets were intended for can no longer attend. I have called several times and left multiple emails demanding to be refunded but they refuse to offer a refund.It has been an extremely frustrating experience to the point where I no longer want anything to do with Success Resources. I just want a full refund.What's important to note is that in my invoice I was not emailed a copy of the **C's. Instead it has an online link to the ** C's which doesn't prove what they were at the time of the purchase.Initial Complaint

On June 9, 2019 at 4:18 PM I paid $11,995 to Success Resources America in exchange for Quantum Leap program. Following are transaction details:Merchant ID: ********** Employee: ********* Terminal ID: 000**********049 On June 14, 2019 I downgraded from Quantum Leap to Enlighted Warrior Training Camp. A credit in the amount of $7,305 was issued on June 20, 2019. This means that I paid $4,690 ($11,995 - $7,305) for the Enlighted Warrior Training Camp.Enlighted Warrior Training Camp never took place due to pandemic.I contacted company multiple times about resolution but unsuccessfully.I would like to receive full refund in the amount $4,690 for the training I have never received.I can provide copies of receipts and email exchanges if needed.
