I sent this letter the next day to corporate and someone named **** ******************************* and no one ever responded to me.---Hello,Yesterday, 8/21/23 around 12:15pm, I bought like 8 little bags of candy. My total was $11.44. Last 4 of my credit card was x3027. Please see attached for a screenshot of my credit card transaction. I don't know what happened with my receipt. I bought it from **************** Mall in ********, **********. I bought what was labeled, "Chewy Sprees" but when I ate them today, they were regular Sprees, not chewy Sprees. I called and spoke with the employee there who said he is responsible for purchasing. He did not seem to care that it was not Chewy and just argued with me that it was. He told me, "I can show you the label of the shipment if you want." I told him that I had no interest in seeing the label, and that I was simply trying to provide feedback that they are not Chewy Sprees. The label should be changed to Sprees and I will just have to now buy them from Amazon because I know they have Chewy Sprees. I have bought them there before.I felt this was not a very customer service oriented response to my taking the time to call and let him know.Just wanted to reach out to you to let you know about this, also. My family shops at your various locations every time we come across one.Thank you,*************************
