      I started a cleaning service back in 2022, and received an LLC certification. I applied for some insurance coverage through Salmen Insurance Services, **** for my business. I got the posters and some cleaning supplies but didn't go beyond that. I finished paying for my insurance coverage and didn't renew it. later on They sent me a notification to renew my insurance but I didn't renew it through the carrier. I Later, received a notification of an audit of my business. I reluctantly sent in business loss form from my taxes. I recently recieved , a letter in the mail, stating that I owed $13,155.88 through a company called Zoom Professional Services out of ******************. Is this there something that I can do to discard this foolishness.

      Every insurance company does audits after the policy term.  The audit was never completed so they issued an estimated audit.  Each insurance company does their own audits, some outsource them to 3rd parties such as Zoom.  Looks like in this case the audit just needs to be completed and the bill will likely go away.

      My documents and policy were not properly written. When I brought this to attention I was yelled at on the phone. Then I requested to have a different agent handle my account and I was given the run around. I also requested to agent then management to opt out of collection of my personal information and that was refused. I was then cancelled without notice and sent an audit. Its been 4 mo and still have not received my refund after paying my policy in full upon renewal. I then reached out to the owner of the company in which he initially responded and promised that my issue would be looked in to and I would receive a response within a week. I waited a week then I sent him a new email asking if my issue was being looked into. I received no response. I waited another week and sent another email to him with another request for my documents and still after two weeks have not received a response. I am now being ignored. I sent over my audit documents with no response or confirmation regarding that matter either.

      This complaint is completely unfounded.  We renewed the clients policy as per her request.  She signed all the documents as is required every year.  All the pricing and terms were included.  Policy numbers change every year.  On 1/25 we sent the cancellation form for electronic signature, and then again on 2/2 we sent it as an email with the form in PDF.  This still has not been received.  None of our staff ever "yelled" although the client has been very rude and won't let our staff explain anything to the point of hanging up on them.  The owner has replied to her emails.  I'm not sure how else to proceed.  We have to have the signed cancellation form to cancel the policy.  Once the policy is cancelled a refund will be generated.  The audit would be from a prior policy.  Every insurance company does audits.  None of her policies were cancelled so they couldn't be cancelled without notice.  She has had insurance through our agency with no lapse since 1/13/2020.  We collect information to forward to the insurance companies that become part of the insurance policy contract.  We do not share with any third parties.,  If the policy is financed we would refer it over to a finance company, which the client has done in the past, however they opted to pay in full at renewal for this term.

      I received several cancellation forms to sign that were then cancelled before I could even open the document. The agent sent about 10 in one single day- none of them were able to be opened. I have been harassed through my email. I requested the agent be removed from handling my document for fear of mishandling of my documents. I kept getting emails from that said agent. I then requested to have a copy of all my personal information the company has collected and what companies they were sold to per federal law. None have been received. I have tried to talk to a manager who stated that he was a manager but then admitted that he was not a manager. I then reached out to the supposed owner who responded quite quickly with a promise to get back to me right away. That never happened. After reaching out to the owner a couple more times I finally got a response but none of my questions were answered at all. It was a two line response promising that my documents would be sent over- Still nothing. The agent who I originally spoke to argued that my account number was the same as every year. Not the case. This company refuses to take responsibility for their actions and constantly places the blame on the customer. They then sent my account to audit with some company called Zoom Professional Audit which I believe is fraudulent and has accumulated over 100 complaints filed from all kinds of business owners for their unethical business practices. Seems they do audits and somehow every sing audit adjustment comes out to be the very same with the same charge of ****** dollars. I have filed complaints with the attorney general, chamber of commerce and the *** regarding this company and their collusion with Salmen. If this company does not stop harassing me then I will file a complaint with the DOD.

      Again.  ************* does an audit.  If you don't comply they will issue an estimated audit.  Most use 3rd party vendors such as Zoom.

      I'm not really sure why this complaint was issued. The agent was accessible by phone and email.  Sometimes a voicemail may need to be left an returned as soon as possible.  We do need emails for something in writing to issue certificates.  I see that multiple certificates were issued and that some needed revisions.  Not sure how else to reply to this complaint other than it seems like everything has been taken care of in a timely fashion.

      This business refuses to assist me with my insurance needs. I have tried calling, leaving voicemail messages, sending emails to multiple parties, and now resorting to online reviews. All I want is a timely copy of my claims record. The customer service at this organization is extremely poor. Ive tried to talk to them about their lack of communication and poor customer service but nobody seems to be available and they dont seem to care. Ive been a customer for two years. No longer.

      I had a general liability policy with this company and it took three times to write the policy. Then, out of nowhere my policy was canceled, without notice. Then I was told by a receptionist that it was cancelled because of initial payment. The payment was definitely made in order to write the policy. Now I cant get the agent on the phone!

      We have left multiple messages for this insured.  The agent has tried to make it right.  The policy had to be rewritten a few times due to his exposures changing.

      Nothing changed, you guys couldn't write the policy right. Took three attempts. Then after a few months, somehow the policy is being cancel due to non-payment of initial payment. But how is this if I received my Certificate of Insurance. So, basically we got robbed of a payment made to your company. We would never have received a COI without PAYMENT.
