      ***************************, manager falsely told me that ************************** was an in network provider who accepted my insurance. That is why I booked my dental appointment for 04/05/24. When I came to the office ****************** was the servicing provider.I received a processed claim stating that Dr. *********************** was the provider that services me that day. That information was false. Additionally, after three email attempts on 04/11 and 04/12, requesting my bite wings via email, they were ignored. ******************** texted me asking for $45. I contacted the owner, ******************** who told me that the claim will be corrected and I will receive my bite wings via email, ******************** has texted me a police report because I reached out to **************.

      We were patients with this dental office for over a year, we even referred someone. We were quoted prices (which they can change understandable). We were never notified of these higher rates, even after multiple appointments. Then we receive a text threatening us with a lawsuit after never receiving any sort of invoices or even a mention of these additional charges at any of the appointments. Very deceitful and terrible customer service. Please look elsewhere for an honest business, don't waste your time here. We offered to work with them but once again received a threatening text from them because they didn't hear from us over the Easter weekend.

      Dental services received on 05/21/2021. Just received a bill a month ago stating I owe them $345.00 I have 2 dental plan insurances and their letter states one of them, Anthem, never processed my claim. Why they took 2 years to contact me for payment is also very strange. I feel this company has not done their job correctly and is basically trying to make me pay money for services that my 2 dental plans should have covered. I believe they didn't take the time, trouble and care to properly process my claim.
