I was a candidate for a Director of Quality opportunity at a client of Ultimate Staffing Services.Just a note ahead of my review, I ended up not being selected for the role by the client, and I am actually glad they have found the right candidate that suits their needs and organizational culture.However, it does not change the fact that the entire process has been nothing but an amazing and very professional process. **************'s level of professionalism towards me as a candidate, commitment to find the right candidate for her client, her dedication and knowledge not only to her client needs, but the respect towards me as a candidate has been like fresh air to **** do believe that you are treated with respect as a candidate, and after bad experiences with "Head Hunters" with other recruiting service providers, I was glad to have had this experience with *************Great job representing your organization, your client and me as well ma'am.Review from Jared P

I am writing this negative review for ********************* at Ultimate Staffing in ********, ********. I have never experienced a recruiter that sets up a Zoom interview with a date and time (Friday, 7/23/2022, ****), but does not e-mail the zoom link for the interview or respond to my message on Linkedin (https://www.linkedin.com/in/*******-lee81/) to know the status of when the interview will start. I was in my suit waiting for 30 minutes before finally I sent a message to ********************* that I am signing off and checking back in to Linkedin in the afternoon. Even with all this, I have not received a response from this terrible recruiter or from the company that the interview would need to be moved to different date and time. In turn, I believe that this individual should be demoted in the company. If this is the way that he treats potential employees, this is the right position for him to work in. I believe that this individual should be so far from the recruiter role as possible. Also, I would like to have an apology from the company for wasting my time.
