      I ordered an AssaultBike Pro X from Assault Fitness, who immediately deducted $812.28 USD from my checking account on July 12, *****. Since then, they proved unable to fulfill the order and roughly half a dozen emails have been exchanged. Each time, I am instructed to "wait for the order to be cancelled" and then it will be 7-10 business days for the refund. The order remains uncancelled per their website and route app. I am seeking a prompt cancellation of order and refund of the $812.28.

      Hi,

      I apologize for the confusion, but please be assured that a full refund to the original payment method has been issued today. We maintained consistent communication with the customer between July 12th and July 17th. Subsequently, there was a delay in processing the refund due to changes in the refund request, from an accessory to the entire order. Our system for tracking refund statuses is separate from our point of sale system, which may have contributed to the confusion.

      I purchased the assault bike classic in February of 2024 and received it in March. I assembled it to the letter and by the end of March I was having issues with the left pedal. I reached out to assault fitness and had to wait months to receive another pedal and then another month with multiple date changes to receive the crank arm puller to replace the arm as well. Upon following their directions of their crank arm puller I was still not able to get off the crank arm and actually broke multiple tools in the process as it would not budge. In the end the crank arm puller itself broke.I only got to use this item a grand total of maybe two or three times as it was clearly defective from the get-go.I still much desire to be able to use this item but it seems that I will not be able to utilize the one I purchased.

      I received the bike in July 2023 and after using it maybe at most 10 times the chain popped off and I cannot get it back on. I have tried contacting the company and wont receive a call back. I have left messages and emailed and still no response. I refuse to pay to get this bike fixed if its brand new. Im due to have a Grand Opening for my business and there wont be a bike because Assault Fitness doesnt answer calls or emails to come *************.

      On Monday, September 25, 2023, I received a BBB complaint filed by ********************;stating an Assault Fitness Classic Bike recently purchased from Assault Fitness was broken/ unusable and all attempts to contactAssault Fitness failed.  **************** stated in the complaint the chain on his Assault Fitness bike was broken.  After investigating the issue, we did not find a communication from **************** in our Zendesk ticketing Zendesk ticketing system but it's possible the communication was intercepted by the Assault Fitness spam filter.  On the same day I received the complaint, I called and emailed **************** to resolve the situation.  We connected on September 28 and were able to walk through the core issues and find a solution.  **************** was able to place the chain back on the bike as it was not broken, but slipped free of the drive cog.  Additionally, a spoke on the fan wheel was broken as well.  We agreed that a replacement chain is not necessary but Assault Fitness will send a service technician to ensure the chain and fan wheel spoke are in good working order.  We plan to have the service completed next week as **************** will not be available until then.  With that being said, that should provide a resolution to the BBB complaint filed by *****************

      Purchased Assault Runner Pro June 2, 2023. From the beginning it started having a weird catching sound in the back but did not think anything of it. On February 10, 2023 a piece broke off the machine. It was replaced and new piece attached. However the sound grew worse. I reached out to Assault fitness and they sent me more parts because labor is not covered on their warranty I had to assemble what they thought was the problem myself. Which I did. They sent me directions and I followed them to the letter and used every thing they sent. Reassembled the product and the noise continues. Their belt is insured for 150k miles and the frame for 5 years and moving parts 3 years. It has been approximately 8 month and the equipment is not functional. They take weeks to return calls with further information and I feel the product I received is defective as I replaced everything they asked and it still doesnt work. The catching and clunking has become so bad that it is a hazard to use as every time it feels as if I will twist my ankle/knee while utilizing the exercise equipment.

      I was inquiring about the assault fitness bike online - I purchased the bike but then changed my mind on the product - I tried to reach the company directly for days with no luck! Once I did contact then the day after the bike was delivered - they tried to tell me I would need to pay $400.00!!! To have the bike send back and then I can return it ??? I would like my money back and they came come have ***** or *** pick up the unopened bike!

      Purchased an Assault Runner Elite treadmill and an Assault Bike Pro on 11/27/22 totaling $4k. The website stated free 4 day shipping. Not only did I have to pay $18.65 for shipping, but it is now 12/27/22 and we still have no treadmill or bike. We have seen it on social media multiple clients, who have purchased their equipment after us and already received their shipment. We have reached out to Assault Fitness by every means we know how, email, direct Instagram messages, ******** post comments, etc. with no avail in getting our purchases any sooner. I am beginning to think they over sold and do not actually have the products on hand to ship. Though they state they are working to get this resolved, we are the ones who continually have to reach out and follow up requesting updates which is continually another excuse.I highly recommend doing fitness business equipment purchases with any other company than Assault Fitness.

      Fri, 25 Nov Purchased AssaultRunner Elite treadmill for ******** on Black Friday promotion which included an AssaultBike Pro with the purchase. Order confirmation (#*****) email stated I would receive an email when it shipped. Never received email. Wed, 30 Nov Received call from the freight company setting up delivery on 5 Dec between 1 and 4pm and that I would receive a call from the driver when he was 30 mins out. Mon, 5 Dec Never received call or delivery so I called assault fitness cust support line. Recorded message said I called after hours though it was only 3pm Pacific and they should have still been open. Sent an email to **************************************************************** as shown on their website. Later, I found that the email had been rejected and was undelivered due to their server settings.Wed, 14 Dec Tried contacting the company again but phone calls are never put through, you can only leave a message, so I used chat function. Chatted with ***** and told him I was supposed to receive my treadmill on 5 Dec but still didn't have anything. He informed me all Black Friday orders would ship out by the end of that week (18 Dec).Mon, 19 Dec Reached out again because I still didn't receive any shipping info over the weekend. Chatted with ******* who provided me with original shipping info and tracking number that showed it was shipped on 25 Nov. I told her I still didn't have the product and she told me to reach out to the freight company.Wed, 21 Dec chatted with ******* and told him freight company couldn't locate the shipment. He opened a ticket S9PF8:SO15107 and said he would work with logistics and get me an answer.Thur, 22 Dec asked for an update and was told still no update. Requested update by EOB Fri and was told I would have an answer by then.No comms Fri or *******, 27 Dec chatted with ******* again and was told she would work with logistics to order a replacement. Asked to speak to a manager and was told my info will be forwarded but no expected time.

      I received a defective product. I have messaged chat requested them on their website. Emailed them several times and called several times only to be on hold till the end of time. No one picks up. Read similar reviews. Very frustrating spend almost 1k on a scam with this company. Please get me a refund.
