I think this whole business is just a scam! They have no right to sell a three-step program for plantar fasciitis for the outrageous price of $1,600! I want my money back, as I did not use the product requested by my podiatrist. These people have no medical background, and only went along with the diagnosis without any medical training. They are a high-pressure sales team who pretends to know how to end your pain. For a $40.00 copay, I have an appointment with a real professional, and inserts and physical therapy all covered by my insurance company, I contacted corporate, and *************** who is the financial bank for Care Credit.The Good Feet Store Response

I went to the Good Feet Store hoping that this would be a help for my feet situation. We spent over $1600.00 for this product. It was for 3 inserts, 1 pr of shoes, 3 pr socks & 3 insoles. The *************** cost $25 each, of which I only used I set. (They did not give us a choice of purchasing just 1 of each.) I went back twice for adjustments, which did not help my issue. In fact, they actually hurt my feet more by wearing them. (I tried wearing them a total of maybe 2 months, just to see if my feet would adjust.) I have arthritis & possibly neuropathy. I called the salesperson & explained this to him. He said I could not get a refund UNLESS I had a statement from a professional medical person saying they DO NOT recommend these for my feet. (Well who is going to do that unless they were the one who directed you to them in the first place, right?) Let me say that this has put us in a financial hardship to say the least. My husband is on *************** used our savings to purchase these in hopes they would help. I feel this place is doing wrong by customers to take their $$ for a product that is NOT a 100% sure thing for them. I WILL NOT recommend this business to ********** sure wished that I had read the reviews before going to them. I have never purchased anything as expensive as this before & not been able to return them because they did not work. The ONLY reason I left 1 star is because it wont let you submit without it.The Good Feet Store Response

BE CAREFUL!! These inserts are NOT for everyone yet they tell you they are!! I have very specific issues with my feet as a result of surgeries. I specifically asked 3 times on my first visit if they are sure they can help me or not and please be honest. They weren't and I trashed $1400. I ended up having to go to a doctor who by the way charged me $450 for custom to my feet orthodics. This is bogus for anyone with real feet issues.The Good Feet Store Response

I had joined the good feet store in ************** 3-4 months prior to my dads death last year. i wasnt expecting him to die.so when I found I found out **** died and social security wanted reduce my ssdi checks by $xx.i had immediately called customer service at ********************** corporate office to let them know this.not only did I call the corporate office but I went by the local good feet store on ******************* in ***********,** to show them the da** letter.good feet doesnt give a da** about peoples feelings when it comes to a death of a family member apparently wether or not they keep in contact that person.i loved my dad even though we never talked as often as I wanted to.I just wished he had told me certain things.now goodfeet wants me to pay at least$xxxx amount of money plus court fees when social security already cut my bigger check.***************************The Good Feet Store Response

Total scam. I went to the local store and got the inserts (3) and followed their directions on use. Initially there was discomfort, but I thought it would pass. It did not and only got worse. My feet hurt more and I was getting back spasm and sharp pain. I could not walk with them on for over a half mile. I went back to the store and they supposedly modified the inserts. I tried walking again but a half mile was all I could do and had to use a heating pad for relief. I tried to keep at it, but one day upon my return home I had a shooting pain in my lower back and had to sit in a chair with the heating pad for 2 hours before it eased up. I went back to the store and was told it is not refundable and they supposedly modified the inserts for a 3rd time. I wore the insert they told me to use upon leaving and at my home. When I went to walk to the mailbox that afternoon (approximately 100 yards from my door) my back started to stiffen up and pain was returning. I made it home and immediately took the inserts out. They are lucky to receive a 1 star rating. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Way to expensive for extremely poor results.The Good Feet Store Response

It is a rip off and it shows you what they say you need and they build it up like you can't do without it and than,Bang,,3000 for my husband and me.We borrowed the 300.from my son.Cause when we called that was the cost .Well after our credit didn't pass,the friendly , helpful employee s,weren't so friendly.They finally brought out the ****** dollar one out.**** to sum this up I was emprpatused and mad.And almost in tears.What a joke.The Good Feet Store Response

Purchased the orthopedic inserts for my husband. Tried them for months, but they don't work for him. He followed different instructions from 3 different employees. Not a consistent process. He still hurt and decided to return the product. We've been trying to get a refund for over 3 weeks. We had to go into the store and fill out paperwork to request a refund. There has been no communication from the corporate office, which is what we were told by the employees. After 2 weeks I called the store again and got the same response from employee. We have a lifetime guarantee, but it's not working.This is a tedious process and no one is following through. We just want our money back for a product that has inconsistent process, instructions, and service.The Good Feet Store Response
