The Bio Orb and Octopus stand plus Pyrodinos and nutrients were purchased as a gift for me. I received the Bio Orb, octopus stand (not in the requested color) and a redemption code. I put the redemption code numbers in appropriate form on website. Pyrofarms wanted to charge me an additional $39.99 plus shipping. Gift giver already paid for this. I received 7 more emails telling me to pay for something already purchased. A few days later I was told redemption code was already used. I asked Pyrofarms to explain how this could be. I have not heard a response. It has been a week.Business response

This customer is requesting that we redeem a single use coupon that was already redeemed in December of last year. We offered to help the customer resolve the issue if they could provide an order number/receipt for the original purchase. They did not provide an order number or receipt so we have no way of ascertaining where or if they purchased the item. If we can not verify the purchase then we can not help the customer or even confirm they are a legitimate customer of ours. If they send us an order number or receipt (so we can look up the original order) we can help them with their request.Initial Complaint

On November 22 I bought a glass biosphere, a bag with Flagellates and a bag of Dino nutrients, for the total amount of $82.35 dollars. My mistake was that I wrote down NW instead of SW, and I am looking that the Pyro Farms redirect my package to my address but they say they cannot do it, that I have to do that, but when I try it in the home page of Federal Express it says that I cannot do that, is the responsibility of the seller company.
