      I've been trying to get a hold of them since they took my insurance information and ordered the WRONG breast pump. I've since called about 20 times and emailed several times to no avail. They do not have any customer support but they somehow process the orders quickly and without checking for consent

I see that yesterday, 9/4/24, ******* was able to get in contact to you to cancel your breast pump order and stop it from shipping. Nothing will be billing or submitted to your insurance, and you are able to get the pump that you wanted that we do not carry.       A Breast Pump and More appears to have zero active customer service. They completely let us down, despite requesting a pump 2 months before our baby was born. They were unable to provide us a pump, give us any info on the status or problems, return our emails, or return our calls. A company selling equipment to support the health of a newborn, with customer service like this, should not exist.I will be telling my insurance company to stop suggesting them.

      TOTAL SCAM DO NOT EVER ORDER A BREAST PUMP FROM HERE. THEIR WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE ***** WHEN YOU CALL THEM!!! I DID NOT WANT TO ORDER A BREAST PUMP FROM THEM AND THEY BASICALLY LEAVE YOU WITH NO OPTION AND SHIP IT OUT TO YOU WHEN ALL YOU DO IS PUT IN YOUR INFORMATION TO THEIR WEBSITE TO SEE IF YOU EVEN QUALIFY! ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!! I'M SO MAD THAT PEOPLE COULD DO THIS TO PREGNANT WOMEN

      I went through this company because I saw a flyer at my Dr's ******* This is a TOTAL SCAM! They sent me a breast pump and then charged me over $500 after claiming it was accepted by my insurance! I called my insurance and they said they are not a sponsored company! I have been calling for 3 weeks now trying to return it as well as emailing this company and they have not responded to ANY of my attempts. They DO NOT answer the phone, they dont call you back and they dont respond to emails either. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!

      SCAM ALERT!!! Just like others mentioned here, this is a SCAM!! Wish I read the reviews before I submitted the paperwork that I received from my ob/gyn. I selected Spectra pump but I received Hygeia branded pump. I felt this was strange, so I contacted the company several times, and no one responded, emailed them and I was told to contact the same number I called. Basically I hit a dead-end, no one to reach out to fix the problem. And then I googled the company name and BBB popped up with several people having issues just like mine. i don't want this pump, it's not right, pls let me return it for refund, and I will purchase thru a different reputable company.

      Abysmal customer service has left me unable to get replacement for worn out parts, and my pump is now useless. I called and left messages by phone and email for weeks to try to figure out how to order a new milk collection kit, which needs to be replaced about every month given how much I use my pump. When I finally got a response, they told me my insurance would not cover more than one set of replacement parts and that I had to go on the Hygeia website and pay for overpriced replacement parts out-of-pocket just to keep my pump working. Ordering one full set of replacement parts from the Hygeia website would cost over $110 + a minimum $12.50 for shipping to add insult to injury. As a working mama I use my pump as many as 4-5 times a day meaning I would have to pay that amount for replacement parts at least every 1-2 months. I might as well buy a similar quality Spectra or Medela pump for that amount of money. The kicker is that I called my insurance, and they confirmed that they would fully cover my Hygeia pump replacement parts for as long as I needed them. My insurance even called Hygeia/A Breast Pump and More directly to confirm this, but I still have not gotten any replacement parts. I havent had a fully functional pump for going on 3 weeks and my milk supply is suffering. The pump itself functioned great when it worked before the collection kits they sent me wore out. But this hassle and resulting drop in milk supply were not worth it.
