  In August, 2022, I drove my Range Rover which I bought from ************ to Tahoe and then to ***********, **. The car started acting strange, and my sister and I being 85 and 86 years old, felt something was wrong. I called *********************, at Hoehn in Carlsbad where I bought the car. He said not to drive it and he told me he would take care of it and call me back. He called back and said the ********** Land Rover Dealership was coming to *********** to pick up the car and he had called Enterprise Rental to come and pick me up and take me to their office and supply me with a rent a car. He told me to keep all rent a car receipts for reimbursement. He had told the ***************** to give a car equivalent to my Range Rover, but I opted for a smaller, less expensive old ******* When I drove back to Tahoe, my car was still not done and I had to drive back down to ********* because my sister had a ticket back to ******** from the ***************** and that ticket could not be changed. I called and told ******. Again, he said, Keep Receipts for Reimbursement. Got back down to ********* in Rental. My care was at ********** and they flatbedded it down to Carlsbad. Flatbed drive called me and his truck broke down with my car on it and they got another truck. I finally was called by ****** that my car was there. I picked it after returning car rental to Enterprise and paying the bill. ****** gave me my car back and I submitted the Enterprise bill. That was August, 2022 and they have never reimbursed me. Although he said he did not forget about me thru an email in January. Here it is ****** NO REIMBURSEMENT. Before I hire an attorney and *** them costing them legal fees, I thought I would try this route. I even called the Land Rover ****************** I want my money. I became a widow in 2021 and 2022 was a said year for me. They are taking advantage of a senior and widow. Bad business to lie and trick old ladies.He had paid copy of Enterprise bill paid by me.
