purchased a headset from lucid sound products through GameStop. Its past the 90 days says you must return it to the manufacture. Can you even get a response from them? Ive tried calling. *** said on hold for two hours and still did not get through. *** tried emailing and got no response. Something needs to be done. The product is defective and not working and it is under the one year warranty.Initial Complaint

I requested a refund and returned the merchandise. I was advised that I am entitled to a refund. The item was returned on 8/30/2022 (last year) ****** I have not received a refund as of today, I am unable to reach employee via customer service number. Emails from ******************** state that they are "looking into it" and have not fulfilled their responsibilities.
