I have called the phone numbers or all the ones I can find that are list for you all but, been disconnected. Even the one listed here all it does is give a busy sound and I have called many many times I sent an email and one number said there was no one available to leave my name & **************** would call me back. NO ONE EVER DID. that is very bad C.S.. Anyway I have a Gamma2 Vittles Vault I think it is the 50lbs. Something is trying to eat into the lid. I have a small hole in or just above the * that you put your hand to turn to open and up on top were the lids meets the ring something has been gnawing trying to get inside not sure what type of critter that might be. What I find upsetting is that you claim that these are " AIR *IGH* & WA*ER *IGH* " if that is true then what ever critter that *** be outside would not know that there is dog food inside and this would be happening these are not cheap to buy I bought because of the fact what you claim. If not I could have just bought a cheap plastic bucket with a lid or trash can like I had before which was not air tight or water proof and the dog food went bad. I know you sell lids and that collar / ring with the gasket but I can not find my size the lids do not say will fit 20 lbs or 40 lbs 50lbs it talks about will fit a 50lbs some other type of weight I think it is a liquid like liters I think. NOR do I think I should base on the fact that these must not be as stated or *** be mine has some type of manufacture defect
