What and who governs how Management agencies conduct business? And how do they obtain a business license to conduct their ********************** business? So far as I have experienced personally with Property Advantage is blatant unbusinesslike conduct, purposefully denying lawful requests and conducting their message traffic with the most outrageous language and demeanor. They have gone against every single statue of Property management as per ******** rules and laws set in place. If anyone, especially a part of the Mission Park HOA, has also experienced this type of response or I should say lack of response to businesslike character, please by all means contact me at: scorpio61mar yahoo.com to detail your dispute. What ************** does not understand is that Property Advantage works at the direction of the ******************** of directors. Any legal actions taken against a homeowner are a result of the *** board and/or their legal counsel instructing Property Advantage to do so. ************** demands and continued threats are not working so he has opted to use this platform in an attempt to get what he wants.Review from Georges R

I do not have to add more than everyone who mentioned the property manager. I will second everyone mentioned before this "whatever you want to call it".Worse property manager.There was a gate slamming all the times and wakes me up at night. Told them many times, but did not care.Very noisy area. Powerful cars/bikes noise 24 hours Excessive amount of dogs that charges you, with mean owners.Spots of water whenever it rain that you have to pass through whenever going to your apartment.Very noisy neighborhood.Property Advantage Carlsbad Inc Response

This individual was 'asked to leave' his unit due to consistent lease violations that were detrimental to the community. His complaints in this review were because of him, not anyone else.Review from Susan P

They are the management company for my HOA. They seem to think that they only need to cater to the board and the rest of the homeowners are treated like c*** They make poor decisions, and when things go bad they accept no responsibility. I had an emergency and called their after hours emergency number THREE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I also left a message for the property manager who instead of calling me back sent an e-mail. Unbelievable!!!Incompetency seems to be systemic in HOA property management, but this organization is at the bottom of the barrel. In regards to this review: we do NOT have an owner in one of our HOA's by the name *********************, so we have no way of addressing this complaint as we do not know what HOA it is or what owner. If the complainant would like to provide an actual name and the name of the **** we'd be happy to respond.Thank you
