I had the worst experience of my life at this Rubios on ************* in *******, **. I ordered my food, I had a few specific request, which would seem normal at a restaurant. I said I would like cauliflower rice (which I pay extra for) and a bowl instead of burrito and a couple items added. The manager took my order and everything was fine, when I came all the way home I saw a completely basic burrito made with everything that I cannot have. I was starving and upset. I came in and I didnt swear or yell but I was absolutely upset. I was shaking and crying because I hadnt eaten that day. I wanted my money back and this coupon that I got given back so I can use it in another location another time (the coupon was for $8). The manager started smiling and saying are you serious? Are you being serious right now? When I opened the burrito. I said its not your fault I know it is not but I am really upset. Since the coupon couldnt be refunded or given back the manager offered to just remake the food. I said fine. Then when I was leaving I simply asked the managers name because I was really unhappy and crying and my day was ruined. The manager refused to give me his name and laughed. I took a photo of him because I didnt know how else to file a complaint, its not even that serious I just wanted to leave a bad review and know whos name to put on it because I was devastated. He told me to delete the photo I said ok then give me your name. He followed me outside, got in my face, called me a psycho and said everyone in there thinks youre a psycho. I said its not that serious but my day is ruined because I am crying and instead of being nice about it you are in my face yelling at me. I felt like nothing, and useless and an idiot. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. This should not have escalated to this. And I just wish this comes into the right hands so this person can be dealt with accordingly. Why would a manager act like this? Thank you for reading.
