EXCELLENT iPhone case & excellent customer service. My iPhone was in my ********************** when I misplaced it the day after Christmas which was the same day I got that nasty sinus respiratory infection. I was bedridden so I didn't care to use my phone. Finally, after 5 days I got out of bed & went to my mailbox. Lo and behold...there was my cell phone all tucked in & protected by my SafeSleeve sitting on top of a snowbank! We had flurries during those five days & below freezing weather. I figured my phone had to be dead. But, my iPhone worked perfectly!! I highly recommend the SafeSleeve cell phone case & will never use any other case but these. My review is honest; I am not compensated, nor am I or anyone I know an employee or owner of SafeSleeve. I just have to brag about my experience and this superb cell phone case! I ordered several items from Safe Sleeve. First off, this product works. I have an EMF reader so I was able to try verify the claims. Second, I ordered a case and was not happy with the color and brought up the concern with the support team. They were very quick to respond and take care of the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.SafeSleeve

I LOVE Safe Sleeve and their customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong case and it broke upon trying to put it on the phone, and they were so kind to exchange it for me!! I also love how convenient the case is and being able to have multiple cards available with easy access. Theres even another pocket behind the 3 card slot. My wife and I have two SafeSleeve cases. They feel very good in our hands and are holding up very well. Having been opened and closed hundreds of times, they are showing no sign of wear at the folds. I had initially ordered the incorrect cases; however, my error was quickly remedied. ****** ****** is among the most polite, competent and efficient CS **** with whom I have ever dealt. It was actually a pleasure to deal with her! I would confidently do business with this company again!SafeSleeve

I am very happy with the SafeSleeve product! I am especially pleased with the service I received from Joanna Carpio. My mistake, I ordered the wrong product. Ms. Carpio handled the exchange very efficiently, and everything happened just as she told me it would. All along the way, I received updates on the status of my transaction. I wanted to share how GREAT SafeSleeve cases was to me. I ordered a phone case and a few days later **** said it was delivered. But it wasnt. I emailed SafeSleeve and they instantly responded with sending me another case. After a week and 4 days my original order showed up. I had received my replacement. Safesleeve took such GOOD care of me telling me to keep both. **** messed up NOT SafeSleeve. I want to thank SafeSleeve for having such great customer care people like ******. She was the best!! I will always by my cases from them directly and so do my friends.????????SafeSleeve

I am extremely happy with SafeSleeve and their customer support! I had ordered by accident the wrong case and needed to exchange it. In the meantime my sister passed so it was delayed and over the exchange period. I contacted ****** and explained my situation, she understood and authorized my return.I can't stress enough the gratitude I have for this company!! I was very pleased with SafeSleeve's customer support after ordering a case that was too small. The website indicated that the case would work for a laptop up to 14" but it actually was too small as it was only 13" long. OK. I should have realized it was risky and just order the large but I didn't. So I contacted MJ at customer support and she was very helpful and kind to explain how to make an exchange. SafeSleeve lived up to its word and even paid for the return shipping. I give them 5 stars for support, but suggest they list the actual size of the cases rather than what laptop sizes they say they will work on. In retrospect, all I needed to do was call to find out, but didn't. My bad. Still think they are a good company to do business with!SafeSleeve
