Senior Analyst, ********************* was excellent in handling the cancellation of my BLUEGREEN TIMESHARE. I never had to wait very long for a response to my inquiries. **** has very good customer service skills and quickly gained my vote of confidence. **** and his team helped me get out of a miserable time share vacation club.He randomly contacted me and explained their program. After being involved with Timeshare for 12 years I met via telephone ********************** and ****. I had several choices to consider when I met them. At first I wasnt sure how it would turn out but I can now say they have done everything they told me they would. Not only are they proactive and remembered dates before I did, they reached out to me in advance. Suffered through what appeared to me to be a classic bait and switch sales scam. The initial call sounded great - CETS will do an analysis and present multiple options to exit a time share, including their legal process. Legal cost, if incurred, would be no where near $4k.High pressure subsequent conference was absent any analysis or option other then saying no one would buy it and I was stuck with this property for the rest of my life, as were my children and their children etc., Congress is passing bills any day that will make it harder to exit, blah,blah and then quoting the equivalent of "only" 8 yrs of mx fees as the exit services fee.. over twice $ what the initial contact called "no where near". Why do I get the feeling their legal services fee is solely computed from a multiple of an annual mx fees irrespective of actual reasonable attny fees, then driven home with scripted scare tactics.? I inherited a timeshare from my parents that I never wanted. I called a few places to find out what I could do to get out and how much it would cost me. Finally I found Consumer Edge Travel Solutions and they were very nice and helpful. So I decided to go with them and I'm glad I did. They always called me with updates of where I was with the process. I am now free of this timeshare and feel I can finally breathe. Thanks to the Consumer Edge Travel Solutions team. I checked around for 2-3 months before selecting ************. My husband had inherited a Timeshare 30 years ago that we were no long using, paying maintenance fees that started at $100 per year and had increase to $1000. We selected ************ because they are local and they guaranteed to buy our Timeshare if exiting wasnt possible. We started the process in May 2021 and finally exited January 2022. I was pleasantly surprised ************ paid our maintenance fee that was due in January. They were not contracted to do that. The only reason I did not award 5 stars, is due to lots months of silence from ************ and the Escrow firm they went through. We felt as if we were left dangling in the dark most of the time. I suggested to the owner of ************, ************************* that regular customer contact to update where we were in the process would have greatly been appreciated. We had to inquire every few months for an update when it should had been the other way around. ****** responded positive to that suggestion and agreed. Also, the paperwork stating we were officially removed wasnt clearly explained. Owner ****** graciously explained the terminology used which made our Timeshare exit complete, and he also sent a cover letter that stated we no longer were owners. Over all we are very satisfied and would recommend them to others wanting to exit their timeshare(s). I wished we had done it sooner.Review from John W

Consumer Edge helped us get out of a timeshare location we did not want to own anymore. There were a few challenges during the process that needed to be worked out/followed up on, but in the end we were successfully out of our timeshare which was the goal. I had been considering which timeshare relief company to use for quite a while when I was contacted by a representative of Consumer Edge regarding my timeshare with Palm Canyon Resort and Spa. She made an appointment for me to speak to one of their exit specialists *********************, Prior to this he sent me an email introducing himself and informing me that he had been in the timeshare industry 15 plus years before deciding to leave them and help consumers that had been lied to and high pressured to purchase a timeshare. He sent me this email confirming our appointment: I was recently made aware that we have an appointment on Thursday, August 6th, 2020, at 11:00 am. I wanted to take a little time out to introduce myself. My name is *********************, and I am a Senior Analysts with Help me exit and Consumer Edge. In an effort to make the most of our limited time together, I would encourage you to do the following to prepare:1. Make sure that you have all of your questions written down. I want to be able to answer all of them for you. 2. If you have not already done so, please download Zoom onto the computer you will be using for our meeting. It only takes a couple of minutes. You can do this by clicking the link here https://zoom.us Then click the link in the upper right that says, Sign up, it's free.3. Lastly, I will be sending you a calendar update with the day and time of our appointment. Please be sure to input it into the calendar you use on your phone or computer.Also,Tip one: While not necessary, it is always a good idea to have your paperwork from your timeshare handy. After many months of questioning where my case stood (text on 10-30-20, 11-20-202). I was finally informed by Dxx (11-30-20) that the attorneys had succeeded in getting me released from my contract and that I would be getting paperwork from Diamond Resorts. I sent texts on Feb. 11, 2021, and on May 20th, 2021, asking where the final paperwork was because I still had not received anything from either the Consumers Edge attorneys or the timeshare company. You gave me a lame excuse that they had my old address and that you would inform them of my new address and that should resolve the problem! Shortly after this conversation, Diamond resorts contacted me about coming to a shareowners meeting to discuss ways to use my timeshare??? It is now October 11th, 2021, and I have not received anything from Consumer Edge or Diamond Resorts for my $4700.00? I have not heard anything from *** since our last phone call in May of 2021. If you use this fraudulent and deceptive company Please do it at your own risk, they are deceitful and thieves!
