I am requesting a deed in lieu of foreclosure in order to offer my timeshare back to Seapointe due to a variety of misrepresentations by your sales representative, which occurred at the point of sale. I have received your correspondence related to the options I have in relation to canceling my timeshare contract. I have addressed my concerns in recent correspondence sent to your companys escalated specialist department. If your company has a voluntary deed back program I would like to apply for a transfer of my deed back to Seapointe.

Dear BBB,
After review, we cannot substantiate claims by ********************** regarding any misrepresentations during sales presentations in early ****. She purchased a floating week every even year in a 1 bedroom unit at the Carlsbad Seapointe Resort.
Between 2021 and 2022, we reached out several times via phone and email in an attempt to work with ********************** to resolve the issue.We spoke with ********************** specifically regarding a request to deedback ownership on the following dates, with no resolution:

During the call in March, we discussed conditions that needed to move forward with a deedback on this account. We notified ********************* that deedback would be approved once requirements met, which is the owners desired resolution. The owner stated she would think the offer over and get back to us. We have not had any further contact with ********************** since March.
