            I have a complaint that I am a long time customer on Autoship and was NOT notified that my old pitcher filter prices were going up 70%. I had to call yesterday to find out where my filters were (as I've done many times in the past) ***** has helped me many times in the past, but yesterday, she did NOT refer me to another product which would have been the best marketing idea...but no, she sent me to someone else and said she isn't handling Autoship anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL since i was just given a CA number to call as she wouldn't transfer me when it was the same guy at toll free number i originally called.* I see the $39 Autoship is still on their website! I have been a loyal customer since 2018 or even before and was just turned away with no help whatsoever! How do they expect to stay in business? They are forcing me to upgrade which I wouldn't have minded doing if handled professionally. And it seems like false advertising if telling me one thing but I see the original offer for Autoship still on their website.

            My Whole Home Water Filtration needed adjusting and repair. The customer service and communications needed in completing such has been a disaster. I've been given the run around for the past week. Yelled at, accused of being rude, and put off every day this week. I already had system evaluated by my plumber and passed the information to tech. It seems the parts needed are being searched for, they said. Even thou they are the distributor I bought from. I was told to wait. They will get back to me. Presently, I am forced to use chlorinated water which I'm allergic to. They seem to not care or resolve issue in a professional manner. They lye, accuse, contradict me as the customer and I will not back down until my system is repaired that they sold me so happily. Do they even know where to get parts?? Don't seem so. I'm still hanging and waiting for them to get they act together while my skin is breaking out in itch and rash welps. Please help.
