I placed two orders from them on November 26th 2022, an order for two playstation **** systems, and an order for a ******** Wii and a ******** 3ds. After months of back and forth emails and messages, I finally received the order for the playstation **** systems, but never received the other order (order #*****) or the refund that I requested. I have all emails and messages saved as proof, as well as the pending order. They have since completely shut down their online store and ceased activity on social media, like ********* @ggretrogaming. They are also listed as temporarily closed on ******* Many other people are having the same issues, which can be seen in the reviews for their store on ******* and comments on their latest ********* post. No one has received their orders or refunds, and most people who have complained have been blocked. They have previously told me and many others that our orders would be fulfilled on multiple different occasions but never shipped the order.
