I hired ********************************* of Train my K9 to train my 6 year old 90lbs goldendoodle. When I dropped him off he was a happy, energetic, beautiful boy, full of life. I paid $2,600 for 4 weeks, provided food and was told that his habit of extreme leash pulling would be addressed. I was provided minimal updates, and when he was finally dropped off he was a shell of a dog. A staggering 60lbs and looked extremely dazed and confused. Her excuse was that he needed time to decompress and the extreme weight loss was due to the increase in exercise. He was extremely malnourished and dehydrated and needed to be hospitalized. She refused to answer for her actions and only continued to make up excuses. I wonder how she would feel if someone treated her King the way she treats peoples animals. I did not sign any contract at any point, therefore I EXPECT a refund. The news media has already been alerted, the ***** and ************** has complaints filed, your Bark.com profile has been removed - its not slanderous comments when there is proof.

This person doesn't have an connection to the trainers. No records on file for this person at all. This complaint is false and is based on a falsely release news story.

I am rejecting this response because: There are text and financial records proving a business transaction occurred in which services were not rendered. In addition, there are ongoing legal proceedings pending retaining to the news article that was referenced. Under California Penal Code 597 anyone who maliciously and intentionally *****, mutilates, tortures, wounds a living animal is guilty of an offense punishable by imprisonment and a fine of $20,000. Your negligence resulted in the ultimate euthanasia of my dog following your training. Financial records and communication records will be subpoenaed under a court of law and the Veterinary records will illustrate the malicious torture.

      Sincerely,

      *****************************

Again this is false. Dog was retured fully trained and follow up communication was provided. Owner did not mention anything wrong with the do aside from being calmer in which was part of his trained to learn impulse control. Whatever took place with this pup is ************* to owner does not fall onto trainer as dog was returned healthy and in good condition. I am very sorry to hear that anything negative has happened to her pup weeks after the return of the dog. This does not fall on to us as the dog was fine when he left.

I Hired this business to provide a ****************************** dog training service. This company and owner scammed us of our money and not only are they not training the dogs at all, but they are also neglecting the animals. They scammed ** out of $2,600. And there are tons of people who are experiencing the same with their dogs. Police reports have been filed, we've reached out to ** ******************** and SPCA LA as well. She took our 3 yr old super healthy German Shepherd for what was supposed to be a 4-6 week board and train program. But after not receiving any updates or communication from her and then finding negative reviews posted on Yelp that same week we went to pick up our dog unannounced and asked that she bring him out immediately. Our dog was severely malnourished (ribs poking out), he was wet and smelled awful like he had been sleeping on his pee and f**** for three weeks, and he was extremely disoriented and looked like he had been sedated. He had nicks on his face, from possibly trying to escape his cage or he was hit - that is unclear. Ive been in contact with a few other people who have left reviews on Yelp who all experienced the same. Below is the information we have on her, but have been informed that she is now in ************* at an unconfirmed location. ************************************************************** ***************************************************** ************** Yelp link to reviews: ************************************************************** I've reached out to my bank to file a dispute to get our money back. This business is providing fraudulent activity and should not be active to operate.

This is false. I have pics of the dog being returned healthy and happy. I am no longer based on California. I had to move to ******* for family related issues. I no longer train dogs.

I am rejecting this response because her statements are false. There was even a reporter who covered our story in order to keep other potential clients from also being scammed by this business ( ******************************************************************************************************************** ). As I mentioned previously, our dog was returned malnourished, covered in feces, ***** and bruises on his face and body and completely disoriented. He was also not trained at all. Since he was returned, we have had him with another trainer who is rehabilitating him and can also attest to the condition he was in when we received him. According to the ******************** Revenue Manager, this business does not even have the required business license needed to operate - and they issued her a notice as well.

I don't know that she is actually in *******, as she is said to be residing in *************, ** with family that lives there. We have also submitted complaints to  *************************.

      Sincerely,
      *******************************

Again. The only reason these people are out to cause damage to my life is because they all signed a contract stating no refunds. I have countless witness statements regarding all dogs in my care being treated properly and trained. I no longer live in Cali nor do I have family in Cali either. Ive hard to sell my car to get out to ******* for a family emergency. I am in ******* and I'm not doing dog training at the moment nor am I working.

      Complaint: 20048464

I am rejecting this response because:
This woman is a liar. It has nothing to do with a refundable contract, which was so poorly written, but with the fact that shes abusing animals while also failing to do the services shes claiming to provide - of which she was not legally certified to do. She left our dogs un-fed, sedated and laying in their urine and f**** - of which our dog has now suffered neurological damage.

shes not based in *******. Shes still in CA, witnesses have already seen her. And the only proof is the number of dog owners who have traumatized and abused untrained dogs after having to pick their dogs up from *******, ending the training early after being notified through other dog owners on Yelp of the abuse that was taking place

the only damage being done here is to the innocent animals. ******** has only been profiting off this abuse and scam, so playing the victim here now is just pathetic.

linking once again the ******** segment below on ******** and her abuse. She should be investigated to the fullest extent. If you need additional witness testimonies or documented proof, please let me know and we can bring in all the right people to provide anything you need
