      Forward Air submitted a fraudulent invoice to Global Tranz, which they paid without further research, and thus the invoice was billed to our company. 1.Our shipment weighed 330 lb 2.The reweight was miscalculated by Forward Air at more than 1200 lb heavier than the actual weight, weighing in at 1536 lb. To clarify, this is nearly a TON worth of discrepancy.3.We received the invoice showing the error and disputed it at the onset 4.*********************** from Forward Air physically came to our facility to verify the weight and took photos as proof that the reweight was in fact inaccurate 5.Our team has been sending follow up emails and reaching out to various Global Tranz and Forward Air contacts to resolve this invoice 6.Our team has requested the proof of the erroneous weight and we have not been provided any such evidence. 7.Replies have been nonexistent, *************************** and *********************** at Forward Air have disappeared as they are hoping to collect erroneous charges but we have been persistent to disprove this reweight charge.8.We have now been issued the same invoice through a third party, collections agency.9.Global Tranz claims they paid the invoice to Forward Air and want us to reimburse their invoice. However, this invoice was erroneous and fraudulently submitted to all parties. I have uploadeded the proof of their fallacious reweight to show how immoral and disreputable and this company is.

      I ordered appliances through ****** and the installers that came to install them did a poor job. They installed the hose without a washer, causing water to leak and damage the ceiling on the first floor. I contacted ****** and they opened a claim with the company responsible for the installation, Forward Air (hubgroup.com). I provided them with all the necessary information and pictures, but after 45 days they denied responsibility and claimed that the issue was not their installers' fault. It's all a scam and I'm extremely disappointed with their service.

      on January 8th I ordered a refrigerator from ******* online. unfortunately they picked forward air as the carrier. The original estimated delivery date was January 11th . Since they changed it to the 16th and told me to be home between 3-7pm which i did by leaving work early. 8pm came and no one showed up, not even a call. When I reached out out them, they said I would have to wait till the 19th. again i took off from work early to be there for the delivery only to be stood up once again, no show. Today is January 22nd and still not updates on when my actual delivery date will be. I've been having to order good and store the essentials in coolers, including insulin and other medications and almost 3 weeks and they are still holding the fridge hostage, with not even an option to pick it up myself from their warehouse. I want my refrigerator deliver asap with no more excuses .26.7 cu. ft.       Absolutely horrid company. Scheduled a pallet over a week in advance to be picked up on a Monday. They didn't show. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes we were told it was going to be picked up on a Tuesday which we said could not happen and rescheduled to the following Monday. That Monday they showed up without a lift gate which had been requested and noted during the booking so they said they couldnt pick it up. After they left they said they had arrived with a lift gate and we were unwilling to help. Not only a lie but also there was no logic there considering all we needed to do was open a garage. They then tried to bill me for $75 for an attempted pick up. After that battle it was scheduled to be picked up the next Monday however on Friday I got an email saying my pallet was delivered. After spending a ton of time trying to figure that out I found out that forward air closed out my request because of a failed pick up attempt(which was their fault). Now I am stuck 3 weeks later with a pallet that hasn't moved. Bad company, lying fraudulent company, just bad business

      This company is handling a shipment from my freight forwarder to me. After 2+ weeks of delay and excuses I finally called Forward Air who informed me that my delivery was being handled by yet another company and that they were unable to provide me the contact details for that company. They also said that another group "tracing" was dealing with the shipment and they could not help me or transfer me to that group. After 10m of requesting to speak with a supervisor or be transferred to someone who could support my request the call center agent agreed to step away and go speak with someone else. When they returned the story changed to if I wanted to escalate the issue the shipper would have to call and not the receiver (me). They then hung up on me. This occurred on Sept 12th.

      In March of 2022, we purchased a new dishwasher from *********** ********** contracted Forward Air to complete the delivery and installation. On the day of delivery we were told our valve was leaking and so we would have to reschedule. We rescheduled and upon further investigation found the valve did not have a leak. On the rescheduled day of delivery, the installers did not seem to know what they were doing. They broke a piece off of our countertop when trying to install the dishwasher and were not able to level the dishwasher. We had to level the dishwasher ourselves, but the countertop cannot be repaired and must be replaced. Since March of 2022, I have attempted to resolve this issue, seeking payment for my countertops that were damaged by Forward Air. They have redirected me to different departments, managers, claims facilitators, etc. All of whom refuse to return calls and/or emails. I have sent all the documentation they've requested and a year into this, I am no closer to a resolution. I am simply seeking payment for the damage to my home that was made by Forward Air. Unfortunately, I may have to file a civil suit as Forward Air has not done their part to make this right.

      The date if the transaction was January 14 2023. I bought a puppy from infosantosstbernards and I paid the ****** shipping fee to have my puppy ***** a St ******* puppy shipped out delivered to my house I got a email from forward air they said they couldn't ship ***** and that I needed to send them ******** for a thermal crate and told me when the delivery agent brings her to my house I would get ******** back I told them I can't send ******** bc I'm on SS and I don't have that kind of money and I asked them if they could waive the fee for me bc I want my puppy ***** **** with me they sent me a email and td me I needed to concentrate on getting the money so they could ship ***** the tracking number is WPC068535978365-FA. Can you please investigate this for me I need help to get my puppy ***** **** Grieving I don't want ***** sitting at forward air cab you help me get her ****.Sincerely appreciate it ***************************

      I ordered a large-screen TV from ******* a usually reliable vendor. They used Forward Air to ship it but they *********** its name,alling it ******** ************ It was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 2pm. I received several calls they were "on their way," only they never showed. Three calls to ******* after long waits, were useless. I spoke with one ****** employee, ****** who was not only inept but **** to boot. I canceled the ***** order and placed it instead with **** ***** "Forward" Air.. is anything but. More like *********** on the *******

      on ****** Forward Air called me early in the morning to deliver a dishwasher that we were getting replaced by ** Appliances and said they would be there between ***** They mumbled and hung up then, showed up an hour before the suggested time frame with zero warning. They came into our home and proceeded to break our ***** The break resulted in the air tube falling off and damaging our system and the crawl space system fell. This lead to our **** being compromised. When we called to file a claim we were told a resolution would be made within 2 business days. That call was made ******* We never heard back until the following week from someone by the name of *****. ***** collected images from me of the damage and he suggested he could come out to fix it. ***** does not work in **** nor is licensed or insured. I asked for compensation and or a professional to come out to look. This occurred on 6/8/22. I have not heard back from them at all and cannot contact them. They are also avoiding calls from the insurance claims department we filed through. on ******* I called to get more information on how to contact ***** and or Mail in a complaint and I was met with ***** a supervisor for the company that would not give out his phone number, would not confirm his email and would not give me a mailing address for the company so I could send a complaint. The inaction has led me to write this and all I seek is compensation for damaged HVAC.

      Hello, Forward Air was hired by Home Depot to deliver and install my washer and dryer. They came on the day it was to be delivered, had the right produce and where on time. However, thats where things went wrong. this is a Gas dryer and why I didnt want to install it on my own. They didnt appear to have any experience and had to FaceTime with their boss serveral times, when the boss was busy they became frustrated and started to rip and pull the Dryer out without disconnecting the Gas hose. After their Boss instructed them to disconnect the gas line they were able to get the dryer out. In the process they damaged the gas lines putting a hole in it and destroying the shutoff valve. At that time they instructed me that they dont fix that and I needed to call a plumber and left. I followed their instructions and then filed a complaint to be reimbursed for just the cost of replacing the gas line. I called ******* ****** at ******** who instructed me to work directly with Forward Air and submitted a claim with them. I was then contacted by ***** ******* who told me this would be no issue to refund and to send him the bill and pictures of the damage. This I did. I then received and email stating it had been declined because I didn't use their plumber. I email ***** and explained it was his drivers that told me I need to hire my own plumber and this is not an acceptable reply and he refuses to reply. I then contacted my attorney and he instructed me to try this route before taking legal actions. At this time I just want to be reimbursed for the expenses I paid to repair the damage they made to my home plus a small amount for the time it has taken and the *** I have had to take
