              Bought my car from this place on April 9th. They were kind enough to deliver it. And the delivery driver was really friendly and courteous.Upon delivery, the floor mats were missing and the rear tow hook cover was missing. After being asked by ***** (sales) to go to the parts department and order the parts, then have the parts guy connect with the sales guy to approve the due bill. I declined the work being asked of me as they should handle it. The car was delivered with missing items. Not to mention all the glue I had to clean myself from a lack of proper PDI. Finally, I was assured the parts would be ordered and sent to my house. Since that time, ***** has not responded to a single correspondence and when I call I get passed around the store. No assistance, no response. I expected better. And still no parts or updates. I have a due bill and all.

              Have my Veloster in their service for about 7 days now. No loaner car and NO CLEAR ANSWER whats the problem with my car. They will not approve your loaner request until they have an actual diagnosis for the car and to put the cherry on top there is a WAITLIST on the loaner car. I called them and i was informed that they ordered a fuel injector replacement without actually telling me the problem of my car. Terrible service time and processing to be honest. Im still waiting on what they have to say about my car.
