I ordered 1 galactic ball and decided to go ahead and order 2 because of a discount if you ordered more than one. My charges were: $46.08 and $26.76. It was charged on my **** card on Dec.15,2023. Ive only opened one because it didnt work the way it showed on their video. It was ridiculous! So I never opened the other one. They also charged me for insurance which they never said anything about. I would request a refund and Ill send them back. Would need instructions on sending both galactic orbs back. I made a purchase of the galactic orb from their website on December 2nd, 2022. The package arrived in very bad shape. I've included pictures. I immediately started a return. Even though it has a 60 day no questions asked full refund return I was given a run around for 6 or 7 more emails. Each email offering me a larger discount if I kept the orb. I finally had enough and accepted the 35% refund but only because it was becoming very trying. I gifted the orb on Christmas and because of a problem with one of the pins not sitting correctly in its slot. The orb did nothing it was supposed to do. This is when I decided to request a full refund for the fact that it was still in the 60 day no questions asked refund period and it was damaged. They have not responded. I paid $34.92 for it which included shipping. $24.95. Shipping $7.99. The refund I received was $8.53. I am looking for a further refund of $16.42. I understand that this is a small amount but at this point it is the principle of the thing. When I asked to return it they should have honored their 60 day 100% satisfaction guaranteed but as I said I could see that wasn't going to happen. I got email after email offering me discounts but never the complete refund.
