      Dermalogica ********************* purchased from Ulta on 08/04/2023, ordered via shipping so received a few days later. I utilized the product as directed on the back of the bottle the product is advertised as clear skin "active clearing". I used 6-10 drops and reduced to 1-4 drops, the product was terrible for my skin and created breakouts and left my skin so oily. I reached out to product assistance and received the run around from a skin consultant at Dermalogica. It was indicated a case would be opened to ensure there were not manufacturing errors again no response. I had to continue to follow up. This is not what the product advertises that it does.

Im happy to share all information with you in regards to the log but I was never reached out to directly. My contact information was provided in the complaint.       Our company was being charged for product we did not order from a Dermalogica a. former vendor. ** the financial person of the business I denied the charges on our credit card. We then got a 3rd party collector harassing us to pay. I had to spend weeks trying to figure out why we had this charge. Although we were not a current vendor, we did have a sales rep named *********************. ****** had let us know that we had not done an order from 2021. I continued to just think this was fraud until I received this third party collections notice.RE: Dermalogica *** ****** Placed Principal: $298.00 Placed Collection Charges/Interest: $0.00/ $29.80 Placed Total: $327.80 Paid to Date: $0.00 Due: $327.80 Dear Sir/*****: ** you are aware, we still reflect a balance of $327.80. It is imperative that this matter is resolved as soon as possible. To pay now, please see the following instructions. Otherwise, please contact the collection agent listed below. For your convenience, there are several payment options. Simply visit our secure payment center at *********************** to pay by credit card or ACH. You can also submit your check via fax or email. To do so, fill out your check like you normally would, making it payable to A.G. Adjustments and writing the *** file number 2194064_*** in the memo portion. Fax the check to **************, or take a picture of your check with your phone/scanner and email it to: *************** Please do not mail your check. You can keep your check for your records. We look forward to your immediate attention to this matter. Very truly yours,A.G. ADJUSTMENTS, **** *************************** ************ ***************** I later found out through a Derm Employee ***************************************** that they sent out an email promotion for a special offer that was self executing if we did not respond. My partner and buyer had not been responding thinking it was just spam.
