            Why so many people saying same thing about same place and all's it has to say is the same thing which is "You Must Be Dealing With ******************** ?? I also applied for a couple of properties in the northern ******** area with a housing voucher and got approved for whatever property I chose,I talked to a human one time back in September and he said texting or email is easier for him,then I started getting emails from a "Findings" which is linked to this ************** letting me know that the rent prices were dropped (weird) it was like they just wanted me to send them at least 1k or more to be ignored like the rest of yas then I get email yesterday,12-8-2023 stating that my application has been pulled cause of documents can't be verified ?? confusing cause I've been approved since 9-21-2023 when they took my $40 application fee...God Does NOT Like Ugly!!!!

            ****,I can understand your confusion. I have operated American Avenue Properties an LLC. incorporated in ********** for over 6 years. I own and lease a single commercial property located in **********. Fast forward to January of this year when I started getting BBB complaints and bad reviews. It turns out that someone else started an LLC incorporated in ******** named American Avenue ******************** They apparently own and rent residential property across the country. I feel for all the people having to deal with this, but I have no relation to this company and no way to help anyone. My understanding is that the only way to reach them is by email or thru their web site. Id appreciate it if youd retract your review, but the reality is that my single tenant knows that we do a good job and the BBB rating will not affect my business. Thanks for your consideration.
